After work I visited there store a to buy food I’m so tired and hungry. I decided to buy chapati before I pay her to old lady who’s have specs on I ask her it’s fresh she said yes it’s fresh but it’s not it’s so smelly and not fresh. I request that old lady idk her name don’t sell these bad tiffan to customers everyone came from work and some of them have early morning work. And If someone ask you don’t lie hopefully in future you don’t do that. If you have food left take home if you want or throw in garbage which you see in photo but don’t sell to customers. Very disappointed with the customer service this morning (9/2/2025) at the Detroit location. I called to place an order for sweets and spoke with two ladies — one of them was polite and helpful, but unfortunately, the other was extremely rude and unprofessional (not sure if she is the owner or an employee). She clearly has no idea how to speak with customers. As paying customers, we expect basic courtesy and respect — especially when we’re not asking for anything free. Been in windsor since 2018, I tried each and every Indian store but what i found this Bhullar store is worst store in this whole Canada. Customer service is bad i asked for tulsi drops and the girl said we don't carry but when I explore i found it. I guess she don't like to talk with customers if she don't like she should quit this job as i know they don't pay much and food and sweet omg they took from Walmart and reheat it then selling it. A lot of rats in kitchen and mosquitoes. No cleaning. So i will not recommend to anyone food safety department should...
