Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

So the sandwhich was good, however, there was a young man with long blonde hair that was working there, he appeared to be a trainee. He did a great job, but in light of COVID protocols I considered walking out because he made multiple sandwhiches with his mask sitting below his nose. He might as well not have been wearing a mask at all. The two ladies working with him did not correct this either and I find that to be poor leadership . The rules are there for a reason. Wearing a mask may be uncomfortable (I don't like wearing them either), but wearing one could save someone's life. It's not about you. It's about keeping our community safe and in light of the recent outbreaks at many of our schools I would expect that these protocols be taken...

I ordered a flat bread subway a few weeks ago , when I got home the flatbread was hard as a rock . I called the restaurant that night to key them know and took a pic of it . He said he knew who I was and can come in to replace it another time I wasn’t driving back to restaurant . Tonight jan 31 I went in after work to grab the replacement and was told I am lying and they don’t have any credit anywhere for me .. didn’t ask my name , I told him him also run a few restaurants and we keep everything in our computer with customers name and telephone number and date of incident . Again said I was lying in front of 6 customers getting food . Horrible horrible customer t service and I will not be returning .or any friends I know who goes to subway will hear of this in...

Fantastic service! Parul was so kind and the food was delicious. I would recommend this subway for sure. I can not say enough good things about the woman Parul that served us. Her customer service is top notch. Not only was she friendly with us, but as we were dining in she also went out of her way to help a customer at the pop machine that was having some troubles. She was so patient with him and cleaned up the mess he was so sorry he made. You don't see service like this much these days and I had to give her high praise for...
