PSA (This is not about the Simcoe location, as they are wonderful, this is about the company)
Do not use the Burger King mobile app.
Used the app to order the 2 for $7 Croissantwhich. App errored out and said to try again, so I did. Did the order a second time and it still errored out and told me to try again. So, I just went and ordered directly through the window. Get back home and I see I have been charged for the two orders that errored out. No big deal, I am sure they will refund my money. Contacted support and they asked for screenshots of the orders, and I also provided them with a screenshot of the error, as well as the charges on my credit card.
They will not refund my money or compensate me in any way. They, basically, just defrauded me of $15; I paid for goods and services that I never received. This is very disappointing, as BK is my favourite fast food joint.
So, unfortunately, despite the Simcoe location being great, I will never be going to any Burger King, ever again. I will not do business with a company that is comfortable taking people's money without providing any goods or service.

Read moreWe have visited this location twice now since it has opened. The first experience was much better than the second. During the original visit the food was really good overall and didn’t have any issues with our order.
However, The second visit most recently was horrible. First off, the food was cold. We live close by and had to reheat the fries and mozzarella sticks when we got home they were that cold. They didn’t taste great at all and wouldn’t order the mozz sticks again. The meat on both of our whoppers tasted like it had been sitting out for quite a while, super tough to eat and nothing at all like the food we got during our first visit . Half of the staff were working hard as it was pretty busy both inside the restaurant and drive-thru, but the other half were just talking in a group in the back, so the service was really slow.
We definitely take it with a grain of salt considering they just opened, and will definitely modify the review if it gets better...

The ambiance was dull and uninspiring, failing to create the inviting environment one expects when dining out. The decor felt outdated, and there was a distinct lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics.Overall, I left Burger King (simcoe) feeling underwhelmed and unimpressed. It’s unfortunate that such potential is wasted due to poor staff attitudes and a lack of effort in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere. I won’t be returning...
