Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ontario

When going to a fast food place you should have reasonable expectations. That said, I have given them the benefit of the doubt, and eaten here exactly three times.

The first time, there was a metal hook in my chicken tender. They should be thankful I didn’t sue, and they have some nerve not even acknowledging the survey I sent them about it or the call I made.

The second time, edible at least but not that good either.

The third time, I am writing this review from the parking lot, where I have now been sitting for 35 minutes waiting for one chicken sandwich and one order of nachos and cheese. There isn’t even a single other customer here.

There won’t be a fourth time.

Also, the building is dilapidated, crumbling to the ground, the drive thru speaker doesn’t work, and parking is a cluster. Go to a place that cares, even just a little. These places have no oversight or...

My children and I stopped for a late night treat on Thursday August 7th on our way home to Québec. There was one young lady working and she deserves a raise! We had no idea what we wanted when we came through the drive-thru and she was beyond patient while we decided what to order. She asked me to park the car and she would deliver the food to us, I assumed that meant it would take a while......3 minutes later she was outside with our order. The food was hot, everything was delicious, she even put extra cheese sauce in the bag for us! Thank you so much for an awesome meal.....we really look forward to Taco Bell when we come to Ontario and this experience definitely fixed...

The food is good only because it's taco bell but this is the worst location I've ever been to. It's dirty and out-dated. The staff are not very friendly at all and they get the order right maybe 50% of the time. Not to mention the food takes FOREVER. It's not uncommon to sit in the drive-thru for 10-15 minutes here.They change the expiry dates on salads so do avoid those. There have been so many times, they've closed early with no notice. I pull up in the drive-thru looking at their sign that says open until 10 and at 9, no answer. Try to go inside and the door is locked. If you can make it down to the warne crescent location, I would. It's MUCH...
