Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else. On July 11th, I ordered 9 pieces of chicken and specifically requested dark meat (legs and thighs). I was extremely disappointed when my order arrived with only chicken breasts, which no one in my household eats, so the entire order went to waste.

I called the restaurant immediately to explain that I had received the wrong order, but all I got was an apology and “there’s nothing we can do.” When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told she wouldn’t be in until the next day or Monday. They also suggested I drive to the store to pick up the dark meat I had already paid to have delivered, which defeats the purpose of delivery in the first place. And to make it worse, the delivery driver dropped off my food on my front steps without knocking to let me know the food arrived.

I would never order from this location again. The customer service...

I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant as a delivery driver. After waiting for almost 30 minutes for an order, I followed up, only to be met with rude and disrespectful behaviour from the staff. They spoke to me in an unprofessional and harsh tone, telling me to cancel the order and not to pick up from here. The way they talked was dismissive and completely unacceptable. As delivery drivers, we work hard to ensure customers get their orders on time, and we deserve to be treated with basic respect. This kind of rough and disrespectful attitude towards drivers is not only unprofessional but also shows a lack of regard for the people supporting their business. I would not recommend anyone, especially other drivers, to deal with this place unless they improve their customer service and staff behaviour. Got the 8 piece bucket yesterday from Bath road location and it was disgusting! I’m pretty sure it was left over chicken that had been recooked’ I called to complain and the girl took my number so the main manager could call me today. Surprise surprise! No call! Will never buy from that location again ever !
