I find myself writing this review with a heavy heart. Pre-Covid my family and I would frequent your establishment weekly every Wednesday for your AMAZING wings and great staff. My husband and I hadn't been out for dinner since COVID (breakfast yes, dinner no) I should have known it wasn't going to go well right from the start. The bar was practically empty (it was just coming up on 5:00pm) after the 2 hostesses at the front debated for almost 5 minutes on where they should seat us it was decided we would go to the back far right of the bar. Again, the establishment was practically empty. I say, it's ok! My husband and I are out on a date for the first time in a long time, seat us at the train tracks, I'm just happy to be out. Date night won't be ruined. Shame on me. The server came to the table and appeared to be very friendly, took our order and in less than 5 minutes our drinks and food would arrive. We were thrilled. My husband ordered the 40 creek, which were outstanding and I ordered salt and pepper. Unfortunately mine arrived bare, no salt and pepper and no ranch, they were very dry to eat. To be honest, I probably wouldn't have said anything anyway because I'm just happy to be out and I understnd what it means to be a server, BUT I wasn't given the option to choose because this would be the last time we would see the server until we get our bill at 6:20. She did swing by and ask if I would like another drink but didn't stay long enough to ask my husband who's drink was also empty, it didn't matter because she didn't return until she brought the bill. She did apologize and say she got stuck with a party of 45 (maybe there could have been another server who didn't have a section with patrons.) Very disappointing to say the least. I'm hoping this was a "one of" incident.

What a unique business! This place is HUGE and the outside does not do justice you really think you are in the wrong part or town but the minute you walk in it's quiet the site. I didn't have anything to eat but the servers were timely and kind. The place has art murals painted all over it from floor to ceiling bathrooms Included. This is high quality artistic work so props to the artist for all of the skill and time that went into these and for the business for hiring them (hopefully!) To do all of this work it really adds a level of depth to the atmosphere. There are like 3-4 seperate bar / eating areas - over 12 pool tables - a dance floor - large drop down projector and room for a band. I didn't get to spend to long here but I'd like to go back next time I'm in Kingston.
