I ordered a rootbeer and crush and two orders of 1.5 lbs (680 grams). When I got it I got a crush and iced tea and then I also got two orders a very small wings which I weighed and it was 415 and 581 grams . I called the store The person on the other end of the telephone was not helpful whatsoever and said that it looks so good on their end and that it’s not their problem to connect Uber and said they were out of rootbeer so they just replaced it with another drink didn’t bother ti try to contact or and refund. The bag was unopened, so I don’t understand how it could be Uber's fault. I would not recommend anybody to go to. Chicken wings were dry, chewy, the lemon pepper were bland and honey garlic were partial dry even though I paid extra for the sloppy option. We ended up throwing it out. Very disappointing in customer service response, as well as food quantity and quality of food.
