Tata's House Of Pizza & Pasta Brockville — Restaurant in Ontario

I am a regular Tata's costumer, and have been since their days in the William Street location.

In the last 2 months we have ordered 5 seperation times from the establishment, the exact same order each time.

The bill always has a different total, ranging as much as $8 difference each time, our last order we received cold food, the wrong fries, and a completely different product than usual for one of the meals. Above this, we paid $5 more than usual. When we called to speak to management we were told they would provide us a one time free fry for all of this inconvenience. When I asked how they expected their employees to honour this the next time, I was informed they have a book FULL of order discrepancies that they keep by the cash to honour.

What kind of treatment is this to your loyal customers. I'm very disappointed with this local...

Wow, incredibly disappointing, -one might even say disgusting. Hard to understand how they can serve such nauseating food and still be in business. New to Brockville, so it was a crapshoot who to order from. Pizza arrived 1 hour and 35 minutes after ordering. Stone cold and shriveled. Barely any sauce, and what was there was tasteless. I didn't ask for thin crust, but I think this inadvertently was. Rim of the pizza was thin and hard. Toppings were meager. Definitely no value here. Save your money and don't purchase a foul pizza from this establishment. A frozen pizza would taste better. Uncertain who the pie maker is, but they have no business selling pizza....

Everytime i order a sub its wrong!!!! 3 times last week it took them to get the sub right. Before that so many times they got it wrong tried to work with them . so todIt seems people who answer the phone doesn't listen!!! Now today i order a sub. Get the wrong one again. So i call this isnt what i ordered and quote i was told thats what comes on that sub. And then stopped answering my calls. So this is what i got today!!Took my money for a sub i didn't!!! Order.
