If you must patronize this location, use the drive through. We had a very poor experience here late on a Sunday afternoon. We went into the restaurant and it was nearly empty. We were called over from where we thought we were supposed to order to the working cash and our order, for 2 Ice Caps, was taken reasonably quickly after we arrived. There had been no one in line in front of us, and while we waited no one else ordered at the counter. After waiting more than 5 minutes, in the empty restaurant, for our 2 ice caps it became apparent that they were taking and filling one order after another from the drive through and ignoring our order until I don't know when. Why would anyone think it's OK to fill any orders that were taken after ours before completing our order? Let alone one after another. After multiple drive through orders that were taken after ours were completed I called out to the server, asking if he had forgotten about us. He just sort of shrugged and continued working the drive through and ignoring us. The only other server in the place then said they would fill our order and after having waited nearly 10 minutes after ordering for our 2 ice caps, in an empty restaurant, we finally received our order. The server then thought it was appropriate to tell me that it was 'ridiculous' that I expected to be served in the sequence that orders are taken and implied that expecting to get our ice caps sooner than 10 minutes after ordering was unreasonable of me. Clearly the place was understaffed, but the communication was terrible and the attitude when I questioned the slow service was very poor. No trace of an apology or explanation was offered. If a simple order for 2 drinks in an empty restaurant is going to take 10 minutes to fill then you should let the customer know that, not ignore their paid for order and process multiple other later orders while they watch. At the window: Customer: Is this vegetarian? Drive Thru: I am not sure Customer: Does it have any meat ?? Drive Thru: I do not know. You can check the ingredients list on Tim Hortons website Customer: Then how do you make it? Drive Thru: Oh, we dont make these here. Like.. seriously guys?? Whoever is the manager or the owner of this location needs to train their employees to atleast know if what their menu is and if the item is a veg or a non-veg. That is basic sense to know when working in food service.
Also, we heard an employee asking the Drive Thru person "why aren't they moving". This Drive Thru guy replied -- "I am not sure!!". Like what is this Drive Thru guy even sure of ???

Read moreSo I went through and read around 50-60 reviews towards this Tim Hortons and majority are not good reviews! One of many issues of them being towards that elderly lady that works there! She is so rude and self entitled and somehow some way she stilled works there!
As far as I know she's been there at least 2 years maybe longer! Her customer service is terrible, she doesn't really know what she's doing, and always rude to customers all the time! Also because of her, people are consistently waiting for their food even if it's just 1 customer waiting for their food!
Whoever the owner is who keeps replying to customers reviews on Google, my question to you is, are you gonna finally do something about this old lady being a terrible employee all the time and fire her, or are you just gonna reply with the same BS comments like everyone else's reviews and tell me to go to your site, or giving me 1-800 number? I suggest actually getting in there and DOING something about it!
