Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

Leave yourself an extra 10 minutes in the morning as this Tim Hortons is incredibly slow. They will let you stand at their cash ready to order while 8 people zoom around behind the counter not one person takes your order. The amount of times they have forgotten an item is insane. I work a 2 minute walk down the plaza but am constantly late for work because of their terrible service. I give myself extra time and am still late because they either don’t take my order or don’t get my my food. This is supposed to be fast food right? We can talk about the constant rotten lettuce used on their wraps too. Also ever looked at their kitchen floor? Disgusting. Not ok for a food service restaurant. They need a management overhaul or something this is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to and let’s be real I’ve been to...

I placed it too. Good to go order hours in advance before the pickup time and I went during my pickup time and these individuals full on said that they just gave my box to somebody else which is horrible because I'm low income and so this really affected me. I rely on too. Good to go and it's also not allowed. It's literally something I paid for and they gave it to somebody else and another. Tim Hortons said that they know the manager there so they'll message them and encourage me to leave a negative review of the instance. The guy who canceled my order afterwards said that it would take two to three business days, when in fact my refund's not going to come until November 11th. Again, I'm a low-income individual and this is extremely not fair. Will not be coming back to this Tim Hortons...

I’m not sure if management has changed since all of the 1 star reviews but I have been visiting this location recently and think it’s one of the best in London. It’s SUPER clean, the items are always in stock and fresh, and the service is always great. Very polite and helpful in there. Tim Hortons has really gone down hill the last 5-10 years but I’m happy to see one that still cleans the pastry glass, makes sure there are constant baked goods, and has good customer service. They aren’t super speedy but it’s because they are taking their time to ensure the order is correct....
