Naples Pizza - London — Restaurant in Ontario

I have never been to Windsor but if Naples is any indication of the quality of pizza, then they are doing something right. I don’t usually give 5 ⭐️’s that easy but this shop deserved it.

What I ordered :

1 x Large Pepperoni Pizza

What we liked:

Service ✅ love that this is a family business and that the owner takes pride in his work. While I was waiting for my pizza, he filled me in on the business and it’s origins in Windsor. Friendly, attentive and polite are other words I would use to describe him. Great experience!

Quality ✅ when I walked in and saw the type oven they use, I knew I was going to like this pizza. The owner told me they use quality ingredients including a special type of cheese- and I believe him. The shredded pepperoni is something I have never seen on pizza before but it’s a great idea since you get a bit of pepperoni with every bite.

Crust ✅ it may be the dough or the length of time they cook the pizza for but it was perfect in my opinion.

The only ❌ I could see people having with this restaurant is the price of a Large One topping Pizza. If you don’t appreciate the quality ingredients they are using then $25 may be a stretch when you can get a pizza elsewhere cheaper. That was the walk in cost so add delivery to that. I’m the type of person that values quality so I don’t mind paying a bit extra for it. The best things are not always the cheapest!

Overall, this place is 🔥 and I would return again if I was heading into town off of Veterans pkwy.

The food is okay, I definitely do not have any complaints though there is always room for improvement!.

My issue lyes in the fact that I arrived in person to order a meal and the young gentleman who took my order was so straight faced and verbally emotionless that it almost felt as if he’d prefer us to just leave. He seemed very angry and bothered to have to be doing his job serving another customer.. once I placed my order despite the poor attitude I waited in my vehicle for my food, looking into the store I seen the young man who took my order smiling and laughing with his co worker whilst looking out the window at my family and I as if I missed some sort of joke and showing he has the capacity to smile just not for a paying customer I suppose.

Super awkward and uncomfortable experience for mediocre pizza that probably costs too much. I will only come back for the pre made slices after this, I will not be ordering a full size pizza or panzerotti again from Naples Pizza off Veterans...

Being that i was born and bred in windsor and married to a manager of a pizza place there for 11 years i can say it does emulate the kind of pizza served at many places in Windsor; unfortunately, for sone change is not a good thing so they seem to be the ones complaining. I on the other hand traveled for many years looking for those diamonds in the rough and i can not judge an establishment for a broken window and am deffinately not going to stop at an isolated pizza place and order a single slice hoping to get the best they have to order. Only the inteluctually challenged would do that. Judging by the people complaining, most of them only right negative comments. I was raised quite a bit differently and if i dont have anything good to say, i just dont say it. Great pizza, a bit out of yhe way and a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Keep up the...
