Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

I’ve been here multiple times for lunch, I wait in a long line because apparently only the upper floor Tims does lunch and the lower level does breakfast. Then I find out they don’t do lunch until 11:15AM. Every time I’ve been here I practically go through the entire menu before they tell me they have that food or drink item. No joke the past two times I’ve been here I’ve gone through three different items before they tell me that they have that. They didn’t have straws at all the one time. They’re always either out of something or it seems they have it on the menu but don’t offer it. Like I asked twice if they ever have soup or if it’s not something they carry so I can stop asking for it and it’s vague answers every time. I asked last time and had to rephrase my question multiple ways to clarify that soup was on the lunch menu but just not offered at that time because it wasn’t lunch. This time I ask and he says they don’t have it but I tried to clarify if they ever do and got another vague answer idc to try rephrasing my question for again. Honestly the worst Tims location I’ve ever been to where EVERY time I’ve gone it’s been one problem or another. Worst customer service, rude and unprofessional staff. Thank you for ruining my day. Well, today I went tim hortons(Downstairs)around 11:30am, I ordered plain croissant with hash brown with chipotle and herbal cheese garlic in it, I was waiting on customer pickup side for my food. After waiting for around 10 minutes, i received my coffee+ muffin only with no food and I waited for the coffee for another five minutes and asked one of their employees about my order and she said that she gave my food to someone else like how is it possible and asked me do you have the receipt( not given to me). She said she can’t do anything about it and i again said her you guys have not given me the receipt and asked for it in the first place so how i am going to provide it, she replied in the very disrespectful behaviour ‘THAT’S NOT OUR PROBLEM’ you have to pay again if you need that. I ordered a crispy chicken craveable. She put a wrap into the computer and i told her that it was the craveable that i wanted not the wrap. Then i asked what sauce it comes with because the last few times i ordered they gave me the wrong one. The lady told me it comes with the orange sauce, lettuce, chicken, and telera bun.
