Friday March 29th at 310pm bet I tongue and ordered L blk L ice coffee NO BASE a French toast begal the GUY (no brains) repeated it back to me. I pay for it im handed a begal(ft yah) I asked for a tray the women hands me a ice coffee in a tray, I asked for a blk and ice coffee, "all it says is a ice coffee no base. She was kind gave me the L blk ans I got home and the Ice coffee has sugar Im a diabetic and threw it out. This is the end to this place. My guess is the fewer brains you have the better you will be hired by Tims. How fkn stupid do you have to be I must have thrown out altleast $10 because I got home without checking my order as the line up is 3 cars deep on road. TIM HORTONS SUCKS in service . I give up you guys win I wont be back here again. LMAO this store is almost the worst one in Orillia next to the Tims on Atherly/Creighton St. I wont even go there anymore. I have been taking my business to the 265 store but finding they are slipping, simple things like I order 2 French toast bagels and get home hungry drooling over the thoughts of the fresh bagels and to get home and find 2 raisin bagels. Today I was there at 6:45am I was the only car in line no rush I ordered 2 ya 2 French toast bagels 1 large blk coffee (blk means no cream no sugar). I took it for granted that she got the order as she did repeat it to me (with a lot of laughing in the background). I pull up to the window she hands me a large coffee then a light bag, I open the bag theres one bagel I told her I ordered 2 then asked if she charged for 2, she checked and said no (now theres a car behind me and I was fed up and drove off. I got home take out my bagel (French toast believe it or not) and my blk coffee had 2 cream in it. I should add up how much I have thrown out and I often tell the staff to keep the change im not a arse hole but certainly feel like one when people cant do their jobs and it cost me money at the end of the day. Im taking my business to the store on Colborne st from here, they have made one mistake in the past but I give them credit you don't sit there long if there is a big line up this team is tight, they move and work quickly together its not a big party like most of the other POORLY run stores. Our Family are Tim Hortons addicts. We purchase at least twice daily and usually are bill sits anywhere between $10-$20 per visit minimum. That is of course until Tim Hortons launches their Hockey Cards and at that point our bull usually consist of an addition $10-$15 dollars. As a family we bond by collecting the cards in our attempt to Collect them all. Our Tim Hortons album is already almost full.
Today we lined up in a very long drive thru to grab a round of coffees a d grab 10 packs of cards. We purchased 4 coffees and a slushy. The order was taken but during the transaction we were told first, that this is only available through HOT beverages. We contested politely that as frequent buyers we have not had this issue. She then said, her supervisor is telling her different so we decided to pull up to the window. When we pulled up the lady who was taking our order was in the window. We asked politely to speak with her supervisor to discuss. We were then informed that she was the supervisor and you only get 1 pack for a dollar and the remaining 9 would be full price. We explained that we were avid buyers and she then told me that she has a video that says different...then rudely asked if I wanted to watch the video.... customer service is important and now we will be reconsidering our stops and going to an alternate Tim Hortins. We then cancelled our order and went to Rama Tim Hortons where we received excellent customer service and exactly what we had asked for including the cards at the correct selling price.

Thanks. Tell me to fill out the stupid survey on your website instead of the owner reading his reviews and refunding people instead of stealing their money. I'm going to go to the BBB about this. You can't steal people's money not give them anything and then not refund their money back. It's so messed up.
They told me I had to refund it on the app when I only use the website that doesn' have that option, I don't use the Tim's app because it take 40 mins to order a coffee and is a joke like Tim Hortons is. They refused to refund me when I contacted support and said I had to do it at store. But the Store manager don't know how to do that.
