Our experience today was a good one. We arrived (Sat 3/25) for breakfast at around 10:15AM. The parking situation is complicated, but okay if you’re not lazy. It shares a parking lot with a discount odds and ends store, and a low budget “supermarket” (Giant Tiger) We arrived and the place was jamming. There were a dozen people waiting for tables and all (about 20) tables were occupied. There were plenty of folks working the restaurant side of the house, I am unsure how many folks were in the kitchen. The hostesses, a young blonde girl was very very friendly and was super apologetic for the wait. We got on the “waiting list” in position 13, and waited about 45 minutes for a “text notification” that our table was ready. We walked across the parking lot to a nearby Starbucks for a coffee while we waited. That was convenient. Our server, although helpful, was too busy to provide the “customer experience” some people might expect at a restaurant, but was diligently working and by all definitions , polite. The menu was enormous, almost overwhelming. You could find choices for almost any appetite, including outliers like “Vegan and Vegetarian, and Gluten-free” which was nice to see. The pricing reflects the recent rise in food and fuel costs, is on the pricier side for breakfast meals, but the portions QUALITY and QUANTITY do NOT disappoint. We ordered “Benedict Hash (minus the eggs), and it came with Toast (White or Rye). I selected Rye. Their home-made strawberry jam was delicious, and is apparently available for sale at $6.99 a jar. We also ordered Avocado Toast which was topped with (2) Poached eggs. Poached eggs can be tricky, but not for this place. The sides we selected ($3.99 each) were “(real) Bacon- (3pc) extra crispy” and “Sausage Links” (4 came in the order) The food was was fairly fast (given they were VERY busy), served hot and tasted great. I’m not sure if it was….but the OJ tasted fresh pressed, and was nice. Conversely: Unfortunately- the coffee was not to my liking. It wasn’t bad, I have had better though. It was hot and seemed fresh, given the place was busy. We would very likely return. Including tip, we paid just over $57.00! (4-Sept-2024). Visited again today with my wife for the “Earlybird Breakfast Special” for $6.99 (each). They were served hot, fresh, and delicious and we left comfortably satisfied , as the portions were generous. Our server Ally, was fantastic. She was polite, made great suggestions, and was extremely personable. Between Ally’s service and the quality of the food, there is no logical reason to miss this place. We would be back (AGAIN)!

**Updated review: Decided to try again after continuing to hear good things and we have changed our minds: Stacked is a win. I got the Waffle Stack and my partner got the French Toast Stack. Food was delicious and correct to our order. Service was fast and friendly, as it was the first time. We also met the owners, they're very nice, hard working people. Large portions. Bacon is better than most other restaurants. Lots of friends also have had great experiences and the line-up out the door speaks for itself. Original review: Not sure why there's such a hype.. first time and we were very underwhelmed. Drink order was wrong, coffee was cold and burnt. Ask for scrambled eggs received over easy. Got onion skin, pits and bay leaves with sausages. Canned gravy that was gelatinous. Southwest eggs benedict said it came with salsa but all you can taste is raw red onion, very over powering. Hash browns were inconsistently cooked and we got some raw ones. Waitresses were nice and apologetic. Booth seats are very hard. Place was clean, service was quick.

Went there for food today. Mid afternoon, was quite busy.......ordered a bacon Benedict soft poached eggs and they came out poached medium even though I ordered soft poached eggs, the bacon was well overcooked and turned to crumble as soon as I picked it up, our server didn't even come to check and see how the food was, I brought the issue up to our server, she did offer to do a refire how ever I just wanted the meal refunded as our server messed it up, all I got offered was a 20% discount from the manager which was $3 until I spoke to the manager and got 50% off the meal, I recommend asking the server to repeat your order to make sure they have it right to avoid this mistake

The food quality was excellent and atmosphere was very good. The customer service wasn't good at all. We arrived at the restaurant at approximately 8:45 am and were seated. Shortly after we were given menus and asked what we wanted to drink. Our drinks came to the table at 8:54 am. We checked the time as we son wanted to orded the early bird special which in offered to 9 am. After we received our drinks we notice that the waitress kept looking at us and just fiddled around. We actually had a conversation about it with the three of us and said we bet she is just trying to past time so nobody could order the early bird special. She came back to our table at 9:01 checked my phone as we were seeing what she would do. I and my friend order full price meals but my son pacifically ordered the early bird special saying he would "have the $6.99 special." At that time the waitress never said anything like sorry its to late to order that now. So when we got the bill I just went to pay but my son said "Let's check the bill to see what they charged us. Sure enough they charged the full amount. So we told the waitress and she brought it to this skinny guy with black hair and he came back and insulted us saying "he gave us the discount but it was showen on camera that our food was ordered after 9 am ." I said "are you calling us a liar. I said check the camera again. He than said " I did" I said "yes the waitress did take the food order after nine but we arrived before that and we were already drinking our drinks well before 9 am and I don't appreciate being called a liar. This was very petty and disrespectful on their part and we felt embarrassed as paying regular customers who always generously bring and treat others to their delicious quality of food and the first time trying to order one special be treated in such a horrible manner. I felt like not leaving a tip bit did as I was bigger then that. I want the owner to read this review and watch the time we walled in the restaurant and the time we were served our drinks and when the time it took for the wsitress ti finslly take our food order. We came in on Tuesday May seventh 2023 on the Heavenly Birthdays of my mom and also my friend who was both born and died on that date from Covid. The last thing we needed was to be treated in such an unkind fashion. I am very disappointed in the customer service we received and although we like the food we think we would rather support other local restaurants while treating guests next time rather then get treated like that again. It wasn't about the money but the principle. They need to do a customer service course to improve this issue before other customers turned away aa well from...

Been to a literal ton of stacked restaurants. Never had a issue till now. First and last time eating inside this one. Walked in the door pretty much at 7am knowing what we wanted as we didn't have alot of time. It was rather busy. Nikki started by saying she's gonna refill the coffee before asking if we know what we want, walked away and took a while before coming back with coffee, then walked away again without taking our order. Finally when she does come to take our order when I'm asked I very clearly state I'd like 2 of the breakfast specials, BOTH fried hard, BOTH sausage, BOTH white toast. 10 mins later the food is brought out. I'm missing my 2nd special. I'm apologized to given the following excuse. "I'm so sorry, I didn't hear you". Meanwhile I was very clear and the other person at my table also heard me say it. She's then trying to say it'll only take a min to bring me my food. I have to tell her not once but several times that I'm not interested as I don't have time. Start to finish was 45 mins, nothing Express about this meal. Food was good, service was bad. Not our fault they were understaffed. Lesson learned to...
