I placed my order. Was asked to repeat myself twice. I asked for an extra large french vanilla with half coffee with three cream in it. I was then asked how many cream two or three. I said three. How many? And then I received a French vanilla with 3 cream. Not half coffee. No big deal. The thing that upset me was at the till the cashier there was two of them. One was being trained. I guess by another person both girls. Couldn't scan my phone at all. And then the other girl finally got it. The scan. The girl wouldn't even pull us the trigger on the scanner. She grabbed my hand. The girl being trained grabbed my hand and twisted my wrist with my phone in my hand which to me is very insulting and then she acted insulted. Terrible service teenage girls that don't even really understand what a coffee shop is. Working the door. Not a good idea. I'm very disappointed. I actually enjoy this location. I'm probably not going to stop again cuz I'm going to think they're there. Guaranteed. If I was one of their people their community. I would have gotten good service and they would have understood my English. My...
Read moreWent through the drive thru to get an iced coffee with a shot of espresso in it. For starters, I could barely hear the girl on the speaker. She didn’t say a word to me at the window, just handed me the debit machine. I paid for the shot of espresso in my coffee and did not get it. On top of that, the coffee itself tasted like straight water. One of the worst iced coffees I’ve ever had. I went inside to hopefully get my coffee situation fixed (very politely) and the older lady at the counter was very sweet and was more than eager to make my coffee the way I wanted. However, the younger girl who I’m assuming was the manager was useless. She didn’t apologize for my service and simply said “I’m not the one who made it so”. Overall, I will never be going back to that location and if you’re looking for a Tim Hortons that makes a good caramel iced coffee, Wyandotte and Walker hasn’t disappointed me. As a company, if you’re gonna raise your prices, at least improve...
Read moreWow! Just got ripped off by this Tim's. I paid for an XL French Vanilla ($3.77 after tax) and the cup was only 70% full - what you would expect from a Medium cup. Windsor needs a "Beekeeper" to sort all the rip offs that ate happening here. If you decide to go to this Tim's, stop wasting time looking at the menu or the surrounding (don't get distracted, especially if you go in with others). Pay attention to what they're hiding under the lid! I was wondering why that guy was saying, "Yes sir, sure sir." I was like what's up with this new nice attitude? Sure enough, the jibbed me on the amount of coffee I deserved. So many unethical people running businesses trying to rip people off to have the good life while others have genuinely worked hard for their money. Since the Immigrant personalities have sunk in customer service has hone out the door!!! 30 years of Tim's fan... this is what happens... like...
