Subway is my favourite go to for "fast food" since it seems much healthier than the alternatives. Recently, I began severely limiting my gluten intake. I was thrilled to learn that Subway had a gluten-free bread. I was excited to try it, yet skeptical. I asked for it to be double toasted, as most gluten-free breads taste better that way. It was actually not bad. The taste and texture were pretty good. I mean, nothing compares to the real thing, but this was one of the better tasting ones I have tried. They cannot guarantee no cross-contamination since they bake regular bread onsite, but I am just gluten limited, so a little is okay for me. I would not risk it if I had a severe allergy. This particular location has adequate parking for the size of the restaurant, and I was in and out relatively quickly. It seemed pretty clean. As soon as I said gluten-free bread, the sandwich artist quickly changed gloves and used precautions without having to be asked. I really...
Read moreI am utterly disappointed by the experience I recently had at this Subway location. The level of rudeness and abusive language I encountered from the staff and ESPECIALLY FROM MANAGER was beyond unacceptable.
From the moment I walked in, I was met with unfriendly stares and an unwelcoming atmosphere. The manager's tone and demeanor were shockingly disrespectful. What shocked me even more was the use of abusive language directed towards me.
It's essential for any establishment to prioritize customer service, and this particular Subway location failed miserably in that regard. I hope that management takes immediate action to address the behavior of their staff and SPECIFICALLY MANAGER.
I urge anyone considering a visit to this Subway location to think twice. No one should have to endure such rude behavior and abusive language from the staff and manager. It's a shame that a place with potential for good food is overshadowed by such...
Read moreI am so sick of subway. Whenever they make an order incorrectly they refuse to take responsibility and say they followed instructions when they clearly didn't. You can provide the sub and the instructions to the person and they will still argue with you as if they never make a mistake. They won't replace your sandwich. The best you get is they say you get 10 percent off your next order but don't take down your information and then when you go and claim your discount they refuse to give it to you. Subway USED to be good now they sandwiches suck. Their employees are rude and argumentative and service sucks. Thank God for Firehouse Subs. I'll never go to subway again and neither should anyone else. Wish Quiznos or Mr Sub would come back. At least they had good service and...
