Zero Star!!

Very disappointed with the service at the drive-thru. I clearly placed my order, the staff member said âokâ then mumbled for about 10â15 seconds without saying anything, so I assumed it went through. Moments later as a proceeded, a thin, petite, middle-aged caucasian lady came out through the back door and abruptly asked, âAre you the guys ordering cold brew?!â in a very unprofessional tone.
I calmly replied âyesâ and she snapped back, âYou need to wait for me to clear your order! So tell me again, the size and what kind of cold brew?!â I politely repeated my order, giving her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she was just having a tough day. She then added, âWe have a new system so I need time!!â before shutting the door.
At the pickup window, after confirming my order again, the same staff member made a snide remark beside her coworker while handing over my drinks: âYou need to have patience and learn to wait!â she said in a rude and condescending tone.
I understand that technical issues or fast-paced environments can be stressful, but thatâs never an excuse for disrespecting customers. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was simply...
   Read moreMy 8 year old and I went in today and had the most wonderful lady serve us at the counter! My son was undecisive on what drink he wanted, she spoke to him in a gentle way explaining what hot beverages they had (that of course wasn't coffee related!) she was so patient with him (he stutters) and when he finally picked a white hot chocolate with whipped topping she put milk in it so it wasn't so hot for him, leaned down on the counter and told him to give it a try (if he didn't like it she was willing to switch it for a regular hot chocolate, she didn't add the whipped topping just in case) and was quick to ask if he liked it which he LOVED IT! She told him she was going to add the topping and was smiling this beautiful warm smile at him the entire time, she said she was glad he liked it and asked if he wanted a tray or to carry it (he carried it of course!) as we were leaving she said " I hope you enjoy the rest of your day young man!" The moment we got outside he was saying how nice she was and how happy he was with his new favorite drink âşď¸ this woman turned a usual Tim Hortons trip into something special for the both of us and was such a refreshing pleasure!    Read moreOne middle-aged white woman without a name tag has been working here since last winter. She consistently forgets my mobile orders, along with other peopleâs - she will say they are âbusyâ with no other customers and an empty drive through. She will not serve your food unless you Karen them, and thatâs when she starts retaliating. I have had many coffees at this Timâs and other timâs and i drink coffee on a regular basis. I know exactly what a coffee is supposed to taste like. She will obviously deliberately stir the coffee too shallow, not add sugar, add too much sugar or otherwise mess up your order, as OTHER PEOPLE have reported on here as well. When confronted again, she was no longer allowed to serve me, but now she loudly proclaims, âOh, this guy. I canât serve him. Make sure you stir his coffee.â In a condescending voice to a SPECIFIC employee who will ALSO not add sugar, stir the coffee too shallow or otherwise mess up the order. If you talk to the manager, she will make a dramatic apology the next time you come in saying sheâs âSuch a nice personâ. She should not be in a food service job.
