My 7 year old son and I frequent this location almost daily before school. He loves their egg and cheese breakfast sandwichesâşď¸ the staff are always incredibly friendly and welcome us with a âwelcome to Timâsâ every time. Personally we are going through a very though time. I was assaulted and kicked out of my family home, so my son and I have been staying a a womenâs shelter since Nov 1st. We both really enjoy our morning visits at this timmies, the employees are so wonderful. I do want to give special recognition to team members Kagal and Divya both are so so friendly and always have a smile on their beautiful faces. The manager Danielle is outstanding at what she does. She runs that store like pro. This location unfortunately is known to be frequented by transient people and drug uses and the staff have to deal with lots of serious situations. But please know that they has never been a time we have felt unsafe here, personally i feel this location has the most friendly hard working staff𩷠thank you again everyone that works at this location for doing what you do. You guys been a little bit of joy to the incredibly difficult situation my son and I are currently facing.

EDITED TO ADD* I received another incredible experience a couple days ago from the sandwich bar employee Ekwinder, it was so early at I hardly sleep because of all the stress Iâve been going though and they morning I treated my son to his favourite breakfast (an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a biscuit BUT substitute the processed cheese for real cheedarâŚ. This particular morning I completely forgot to mention the cheese inside and gave it to my son to eat but her noticed the difference right away, heâs ASD and suffers alot of sensory issues and he would not eat the sandwich I had no extra money to buy another one and it was my fault and I was so embarrassed to go and ask to see if my chance to could be remade but she I briefly explained my situation Ekwinder smiled and said no problem I will gladly make it the way he likes. Honestly I almost cried. The kindness of the employ at this location is UNMATCHEDâ¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸ our morning visits bring my son and I so much joy.    Read moreThis is the worst Tim Hortons ever.. Iâve been coming here since I was a child, and the service has completely gone down hill (those who know why, know why without me saying.) Constant issues with this place. Last week, both of the speakers went out, and they STILL were running the drive thru with a person out there on a home phone, taking orders?? Which they got mine wrong as expected. This week, their debit goes down, and there was only ONE signage posted about it, great 15 mins in a drive thru wasted for no reason, all to get told what should have been posted for all to see instead of when you get to the speaker. They run 2 sides in a drive thru, but only use ONE side, which makes absolutely NO sense. I try to order my order âwe donât carry thatâ immediately, not 1 apology for what they advertise. Iâm put off by it, so I have to completely rethink my order which takes about all of 10 seconds, go to order again and SHE proceeds to take the order on the other side at the other speaker. âOne secondâ uhh no? Unacceptable, it took me no time to rethink the order and youâre going to make ME wait longer for what you guys advertise? Thanks for wasting more of my time as usual.    Read moreThis Tim Hortons use to be good, but lately it seems like the staff needs to get there act together. I go to this Tim Hortons almost everyday, and for the last week almost everyday they have screwed up my order. How do you screw up a TT? Well first you don't add sugar, another time there was no cream..and I've even got tea.. They need to pay attention and listen to there customers, on my way out today there was another elder man leaving in anger saying this Tim Hortons sucks.. is that the reputation you want for this location.
So it's now 3 years later and this store has gotten worse, drive thru is where most the issues are, they don't pay attention when taking your order, constantly messing it up or forgetting items. Even seen them skip people in order in drive thru. Maybe they need more training or just to pay attention. I just know working at Tim Hortons isn't a hard job, and these people in drive thru need to pay attention and listen to people.
