Westside Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Ontario

I ate here last summer and enjoyed it, but after eating here now I am never going back again. I ordered three pizzas, and the only one that came with cheese was the one with extra cheese on it. When I phoned to complain I was told that extra had been put on (not true compared to the last time I ate here) and that nothing could be done because they were changing owners tomorrow, and the new one uses even less cheese since they are a small business. Well I've eaten pizza at many different pizza places, both large and small, and I have NEVER seen so few toppings, cheese especially, used, but then again, the supervisor did mention they were using, "what they had left". So not only did I wait over an hour for food with what few toppings sounded to be old, I was also told too bad for me, I ordered on the wrong day. Well don't worry, never again will...

it has been 24 hrs since I ate this pizza and I still feel sick, kids are fine maybe I am just hold and cannot handle greesey pizza as well ad I used to. The idea of eating the left overs tonight is making me even more nauseous. Staff were kind surprising in the condition of heat they have to work in. The pizza could have probably cooked on the table it was that hot in there, the poor staff. I won't ever go back. This used to be the best pizza Not anymore! I am pretty sure the heat in there made the pepperoni go bad as it didn't taste right. back to...

Pricing is fairly cheap, but pizza quality is lacking. Their ready to go slices often sit on the counter until they are ordered, and are quite often stale and cold, and their full size pizza's are lacking in care and quality, but still taste pretty good for the most part. 3 stars is somewhere around an average rating, and i feel like that works well, they arent really below average or terrible, but arent great either. Still have to recommend stopping in at least once to decide...
