I popped in here on Monday September 16th somewhere between 4 and 4:30pm...my bus was running half an hour late and I couldn't wait to use a washroom since I'd been out the whole day. I purchased something and asked for the code to the washroom which was read to me very quickly and when I repeated it, I was barely acknowledged. The staff member seemed upset that I had even asked for it. Luckily I remembered what she said and headed inside. Well...I wish I had just tried to hold it.
The floor was nothing but puddles, both toilets (two stalls) had unflushed business and splatters all over the seat, I had to choose the less gross one which was a hard decision. It appeared as if someone had taken chocolate milk into the bathroom and poured it all over the floor (I'm really hoping that's what it was), and the tiny trash containers meant for sanitary products were absolutely overflowing with toilet paper.
This is all absolutely unacceptable, especially for a location that requires a code for access. The bathrooms should be checked much more frequently. I would highly recommend not visiting this location since, if they allow their washrooms to be this disgusting, how often is the rest of the establishment being cleaned? Are the employees washing their hands? I'm...
Read moreI am obsessed with London Fogs made with oat milk (and extra vanilla syrup). Shockingly, this order bests most Tim Horton's staff across the Province (I routinely travel between northern Ontario (North Bay) and London, Ontario). I went to this location this afternoon, my expectations lowered to a safe LOW due to my routine issues (forgetting the second tea bag, not using oat milk, not adding any or extra vanilla syrup, not frothing the milk, not filling the cup, adding espresso to the drink (?!), etc.), and I was literally presented with the PERFECT iteration of this beverage. Thank you to the staff who made it for me. It is delicious and flawless.
To add to this fantastic experience, my partner orders a modified BLT which is also apparently a tricky order for most locations (I will spare you the details of how a BLT on a bagel can be messed up). The other staff person working the sandwich station was nothing short of a perfectionist. This BLT on a bagel could have been photographed for their advertisements - forget food stylists, hire this fellow!
If I can guarantee these two for every order, then I would always make my way to this location. After today, it is definitely my London go-to. I just wish I caught their names so I could give a...
Read moreI am normally patient with this kind of stuff and rarely write a Google review but the staff at this site are just disorganized.
I've been coming to this Tim Hortons for the past 2 years but the last 5 months have been brutal. I've visited at least 10 times since January and nearly every time there is an issue with my order. For instance, they've forgotten to make my coffee a few times, I've had the completely wrong sandwich made, and on two occasions I've asked them to remove the sausage on my sandwich only to find that it was made with it. They've even forgotten to charge me for my breakfast at the drive through... I shouldn't have to remind the staff that I still need to pay. Others might love a free breakfast, just go through the drive through.
Ordering through the app is also inconsistent. When you select the "order now" button, it takes the site nearly as long as me coming inside, standing in line, placing the order and collecting it. Not sure if they're getting the order late or simply understaffed.
The only reason I still come here is because it's the closest location to my home. I'm close to just driving the extra 3km to the next location each morning if it means better service and an...
