The customer service is unacceptable. I decided to treat myself before I went to work, with a cup of Tim Hortons Coffee. I would normally drive however this morning I felt like walking. Arriving just a few minutes before 5am. I tried the doors and they were locked, walking over to the window. The lady inside puts up 5 fingers then walks away. I wait the few minutes, than decide to try the doors again. They were locked so i went back over to the window. The lady inside starts waving cars over to the window ignoring me. I choose to try the doors again, someone must have unlocked them. I go inside to the till where I begin to wait. Watching her help all the cars that just went through the drive through. Afterwards she ignores me again going to the back of the store. The man preparing food after I waited 10 minutes had to go get her. Even after he told her, she still took her time. I had only wanted a coffee before I started my day. Something so small that was a treat turned into something I had to put to much effort into getting. Read moreGo to the drive through window today for lunch. I ordered a turkey bacon club with no tomato, potato wedges and chipotle sauce and a blackberry sparkling quencher. The guy puts on the screen “Turkey bacon club with no mayo” “potato wedges with mayo sauce” and my blackberry quencher. I said “Oh sorry, I want mayo on the sandwhich just no tomatoes. I just decided to leave the mayo sauce for the potato wedges because I didn’t want to argue. Get my food and drink and drive back to work. Open my bag to find the potaoe wedges completely on their side all over the bag, realize there’s no dipping sauce at all for the wedges, I open the sandwich to find there is tomatoes on it and no TURKEY?!?!?!? It’s a Turkey bacon club and there’s no Turkey? So now I get stuck eating my bacon and mayo sandwich and my potato wedges with no dipping sauce. And to top it all off my blackberry sparkling quencher has no flavour to it whatsoever. Read moreI would like to leave a review for Tim Hortons and the staff. I had the pleasure of being served by most of the staff members since they opened a few years ago. I have never had a negative experience at this location. The staff is friendly and respectful. I was greeted today by Gagan. He was fast, polite, and respectful. Gagan greeted me with a "hello sir you ordered etc here you are sir I hope you have a wonderful day". Its employees like Gagan that you look forward to being served by based on how they treat you as a customer. I highly adore and respect an employee that goes above and beyond to ensure we have a good start to our dah. I give Gagan and staff a 10 🌟 if I could. Keep up the outstanding work 🌟 👏 👌 👍.
