First of all the staff is great & try their best. It's the only reason I come back. This problem is on the franchise owner(s).
A regular problem at this location since it opened is the drive-thru. I would guess more than 75% of the restaurant's sales come from the drive-thru. More needs to be invested in this area.
The busiest road in the city behind the menu board makes communication nearly impossible. Customers & employees can't hear each other. It wastes everyone's time, and the orders are rarely correct. I suggested a barrier be put behind the speaker/menu board when they opened.
Now, after trying twice to order, if I can't communicate, I place the order at the window. The owner knows this causes kaos, bad service & it puts ridiculous pressure on the staff. It appears they don't care about quality of service or happy employees.
Also, stop buying cheap headsets for your drive-thru order taker. Part of the problem.
No manager supervision in the restaurant. Employees told me none were scheduled. This is why I'm communicating with you here. Employees are left to deal with irate customers. Not me. I can empathize.
You bought a great franchise with a decent menu. I don't go as often. I used to spend way too much there. It's no longer convenient or enjoyable for anyone.
Don't ask me to waste more time contacting a website to write this again. I will write further reviews till I see a change. This is a problem at many locations in the city. I'm not singling this location out. This is the closest one to home.
I care about your employees. I did a similar job & worked my way into mgmt. Then I opened new stores in the Toronto region for the company.. More importantly, I've been a customer since the 1st Tim's opened in Windsor like many Windsorites.
This isn't an occasional occurrence. It's pretty consistent. This isn't an expensive fix. Other than hiring mgmt.

Read moreI feel bad for posting this but it needs to be said....I was at this location recently and got served 2 chicken snack wrappers that were very poorly wrapped and contained hard pieces of chicken that should have never been served. My 3 year old child was given one of these wraps as a quick snack between school and dance class and was super hungry. I gave her the wrap which was falling apart in it's wrapper and just so happened to see that the chicken inside looked a bit off. I picked a piece out and it was hard and translucent around the edges. Both wraps were like this.
I was able to get a refund (along with the water I paid for but wasn't given), and the staff were apologetic enough about it....but this is CHICKEN you are serving. Nobody deserves to pay for what I was served, refund or not. You could really make someone ill from this. Please be...
Read moreI walked into this location and used the rest rooms. When I walked out, there were customers at 4 different tables but nobody in line to order. I walked up to the counter, stood there for over a minute and nobody came out from the back. I could hear taking in the back. I walked into the back room and there were about 6-7 staff members standing there. I asked if anyone was watching the counter and they all just kind of stared at me. One girl came out after another 5-10 seconds and, when I placed my order, had the nerve to say I wasn't allowed to ever go on the back again.
