Donair House — Restaurant in Ontario

I walked in with a co worker for lunch i wanted chicken fingers cuz i just wasnt feeling gyros today the lady at the counter demanded i have a gyro after arguing with me for about 2 mins i said fine a chicken gyro to go i the unhappily payed for my meal when i open it its a regular gyro no chicken i called them she told me i ordered a gyro i said no i ordered a chicken gyro she said she'll make another i drive back shes there mad demands that i ordered a regular gyro and then takes the one she wouldn't give me my chicken gyro untill i gave her the regular one so i gave it to her she goes on ssting ive been working here 10 years ik what you ordered service wad horrible never gonna...

I understand times are hard and a restaurant can get busy but it is never ok to yell at a customer because they aren't aware of something. Ever. I did nothing to deserve being yelled at when simply picking up my order and thinking I was given the wrong one because it looked like I was given a wrap when I didn't order one. The free pita I was actually given, I wasn't aware was done here because I have never been to this restaurant and without a doubt never will be again and will make it known that others shouldn't either. learn to work the hussel without yelling at people for absolutely nothing. If I was Infact being rude to you then sure you have a right to be mad and yell ya me...

Very sad today! Used to go here regularly for amazing Donairs. Would pay (17.93 tax included) and walk out with 3 donairs overflowing and packed with meat and sauce. Today (only a couple weeks since our last visit) the new owner introduced herself and told me she was lowering prices etc....I paid 20.01 for three donairs that were half as full as they used to be and the sauce was scarce too. My one son complained that there was now way too much onion....and what jappened to the meat?? :-(. Guess we'll be looking for a new donair place! I don't like being lied to. The food was tasty, but not like before and we were still...
