I just went to the west end location. My husband pulled up to the order window with no one ahead of us in the drive threw. We waited 5 minutes without being served. We said hello, nothing… a car pulled up and they were served right away. My husband was frustrated and let the person taking our order know. When we pulled up to the window he was told by Bret “the supervisor” they would not serve us. You may want to train your staff on how to serve the drive threw more efficiently. Apologizing for the long wait would have been a start. If you make people wait for 5 minutes to order when no one is ahead of them and then serve a car that just pulled up, expect frustrated customers. It was 2 pm and I was on my lunch. This happens almost every time I try to go for lunch. It is so disappointing. Can you not look at trending sales. If you run out every day at 2 pm, make more. I also don’t understand when you are running low, you can’t make more to get through the day. I have also gone for an ice cap, various days, various times and the machine it alway “being cleaned”. On a hot day, at 4 pm. I think not. It is very disappointing. I will often by pass Tim Hortons and take my business else where. There is no excuse. I was a restaurant general manager for 20 years. I know you can do so...
