Ok so lately the Tim Hortons on Lauzon and Mchugh is the only one i visit. I always get my order made properly and have had great customer service. I go to this store about 6 times a week at least twice a day. The past few eeeks however i go in and no matter what i order they dont have it. Cookies no, bagels no, sandwiches no. There is one lady who works around the time i go in every night if shes there my order is either already made or in the process. My most recent experience was horrible usually i look it over. I was in the store around 930 pm. I saw that you guys had a new chicken ceaser wrap i look and see that you have grilled chicken. So i order my regular triple triple and a chicken ceaser wrap. I wait ten minites and the employees are goofing around. They are throwing bacon amd other sorts of food at each other. There yelling and swearing at each other telling each other to eff off. I wait ten minutes and the guy comes up with my wrap and tells me he made the wrong thing. He asks me if ill take it by this point im frustrated and say no i want what i order. I wait another five minutes he comes back and says they dont have grilled chicken. Once again he offers for me to take the wrap or my money back. I work midnights and take this food for lunch so im stuck once again paying for something i dont want. On top of that i get to work and realize i was given a straight black coffee. Unfortunately - and this is NOT the fault of the business - addicts are regularly using the bathrooms to smoke crack in stalls. Sadly, it Might be time to start locking the bathrooms... OR at the very least, ensure that the exhaust fans are in good working order (which they are not).
In addition to the above;
The staff at this location are incredible! They work hard, but are chronically understaffed (which is a common problem at most fast food places). With this being said, hiring a dedicated cleaner would be a Very Intelligent thing to do - allow your servers and bakers to serve and bake.
To the person who complained about a staff member not washing their hands before leaving the bathroom: a) they have a staff bathroom in the back to use b) they're called "bathroom checks", these are done to see if bathrooms need cleaning, restocking c) wouldn't you prefer they wash their hands BEHIND THE COUNTER instead of before the grab the door handles that so many other people have touched who have NOT washed their hands?! d) THINK before...
Read moreI usually frequent this Timmies location as it is close to home, but in the last couple of months, the wait times have quadrupled. You're in the drive thru queue for 15+ mins each time...the food and drinks taste terrible compared to what they used to taste like, not to mention with inflation, it's not worth the money, time and gas spent there anymore. Will not be returning after I received a toasted bagel when I ordered a BELT... they missed all 4 of the ingredients inside the sandwich. I drove back to get the correct order and they interrogated me at the speaker (asking what time I came, what exactly I ordered, what exactly I received upon other strange questions in between long wait times).. When I got to the window, they gave me a hard time and didn't apologize for their mistake. If I knew beforehand that this is how Tim Hortons deals with customers when THEY make a mistake...
