Once ordered a "Veggie Supreme" pizza over the phone for a pick up. Called it the Veggie Supreme because that was the name it was given on their website/online menu. I got there and picked up my order leaving happily only to arrive home and see that I received a normal supreme pizza; which is famous for having meat. My family and I could not eat it because we're vegetarian and during that time we also gave up meat for religious purposes (lent). I called them back and was told that they will try their best to fix this. They ended up making the original pizza that I had asked for but when I arrived, I was treated rudely and with disrespect. There were two other men that hadn't been there previously and one of them said "So, you're the vegetarian." in a condescending tone. When I confirmed with a yes, he continued on by saying "you just cost me twenty three dollars and twenty five cents." I say nothing. He goes on by asking if I wanted to check the pizza to see if it was up to my expectations. I opened the pizza box slightly to find that it was in fact a vegetarian pizza. I left shortly after, not saying much but still left with dissatisfaction because his impoliteness. I get home, open the box fully, only to see that a small piece was taken from my pizza. That simply left me with disgust. The way the management team has spoken to me was just plain rude. They made it seem like I was in the wrong when it was simply a mistake. I paid for a pizza, I should have gotten the right one from the get go. My family and I used to favor this location but now we avoid it at all cost. Cheese Wheelz has lost 8 customers in total. Learn to treat your customers with respect no matter what, get the order right and if mistakes do happen then fix it with genuine kindness. However, over the past 6 months or so, the quality of pizza and customer service has declined so rapidly we are no longer customers of our once favourite restaurant. The once perfect pizza is now either burnt, under cooked, has the wrong toppings, or is missing the signature garlic glaze on the crust. The customer service has gone from bad to worse, with our orders frequently being over an hour late at any given location. Several employees have raised their voices or yelled at myself or other family members when we have politely asked to cancel our order after waiting to pick up in our car for over 35 minutes past the pick-up time. Management does not return customer calls regarding these concerns. I have called and left messages and sent emails, with no reply. After writing a review on their Facebook page, the option to write a review has been removed from their page altogether (as many people began to give negative reviews) and I was personally blocked from commenting on their Facebook page. I can only speculate there has been a change in ownership or management, as only that can explain the drastic decline in their business in such a short period of time. Read moreI placed an order with cheese wheels tonight for delivery, I live 1 street away but was unable to get it. They never asked for my name, I was cut off after giving the area code and first 3 digits of my phone number. I had to ask her if she needed the rest of my number. I clarified and spelt my street name. I called back and hour later and was told my order was out for delivery. I didn't get it 20 minutes later and was concerned only being a street away. They asked for my name and I told the man they never asked by name but this is my street. He read out an address on a different street that might be my order. He then told me it was in the oven. I told him they told me it was out when I called earlier and I've been waiting almost 2 hours. He insisted I called 20 minutes before the call not nearly two hours ago despite what my call log clearly says. He then began to yell at me that the order was not put in at that time.
