Mo'Cha Bubble Tea - Orangeville — Restaurant in Orangeville

Ordered a mango green tea from this store and had a wait of around 40 minutes. The drink was bland and distasteful. Although I did ask for 0 sugar the flavour of tea was non existent and the drink tasted like ice that was left over after somone finished a mango green tea. ( My expectations come from drinks I have experienced in Markham and traveling in Taiwan)

The tapioca that was in the drink was not horrible but it was not freshly cooked and had been there for quite some time. ( If it was freshly cooked it was not cooked well)

The friends I came with that ordered drinks that are not commonly found at bubble stores were satisfactory and fairly okay.

This place is more of a drink store and not a bubble tea store.

I was really hoping that this would be a good place to get bubble tea. I was very disappointed.

I ordered the taro with tapioca. I guess it a ready made mix because it was poured into a cup from a dispenser, shaken with a machine then poured into a cup with the tapioca in it. The drink was very watered down and had almost no flavour. Since it was premixed there was no way to make it more flavourful. The tapioca was stuck together in clumps Wich made it very hard to drink and the texture was not good. I have had many bubble teas and this was by far the worst one I have ever had.

The taro milk tea tastes too bland. It does not have much flavor of either tea or taro. But the reason why I had to leave a review was the attitude of both staff today, they need to improve their customer service!! The girl who took my order made me wait quite long while she was entering the online order in her device, without even saying hello or apology for the wait.
