So disappointed. My adults kids and my wife and I have eaten at this place so many times since they were open. The food is typically good. However today of the 4 meals I ordered, the salad was absolutely not fresh. it took 15 mins to get the food home and 15 mins to get back to the store. I was very discreet at first, as there were other customers and i did not want to make any scene. A woman came out from behind the registered and aggressively asked "whats the problem!?" I told her the salad was not fresh, she looked at it and assured me it was fresh, a man came out as well and told me the salad was fresh and made THIS MORNING. He showed me a tray of cut up tomatoes and cucumbers, and i told him that i felt they had been left for too long. I also showed the lettuce was extremely wilted, as if it had been frozen at the back of a fridge. The woman declared that this salad was obviously several hours old and she would need to see a receipt! (first she says its fresh, then says its not, but thats MY faullt). I showed her the text msgs that were 30 mins old, advising the food was being prepared, and the total amount $46.17. The man said "what do you want me to do?" I said i want a fresh salad. He told me that he wouldn't give me anything different than what i already had. They would also not give me any refund or credit. At that point i voiced my displeasure in front of the other customers, advising them, this place obviously does not care about any concerns, and i was made to feel embarrassed by this situation, and that i would not be returning. The man shouted "Good, we don't need you...

Experience We visited Osmos in Orangeville today and ordered 2 falafel. Unfortunately, they were extremely spicy, and my wife ended up feeling unwell after consuming hers. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, instead of offering to replace the falafel or provide a suitable alternative, they suggested pairing it with garlic sauce.
Service Concerns The lack of concern for my wife's discomfort and the failure to offer a replacement was disappointing. At the very least, the staff could have offered a new falafel preparation that wasn't overly spicy. In addition due to spice effect my wife was sneezing and water was coming from her eyes, the staff was smiling and talking to themselves , instead of taking thing’s seriously. I would want management to have an experienced manager on site to handle such situation. We cannot be depended on student staff.
This was my worst experience ever. All people please be careful.
Recommendation Until the service and food quality issues are addressed, I would caution others to be mindful of the spice level and potential...
Read moreOrangeville location has Great Food...But cashier has looks that can kill all of Orangeville.
I would normally go to the Lazeez location in Brampton near my work however, I live in Orangeville so I was estatic to try Osmows. I have to say the quality and freshness of food at this location surpasses Lazeez any day and the price point is comparable. The Osmows in Orangeville has a large seating area to dine in and 2 very nice gentleman that work there regularly that prepare the food.
The only issue is ... the cashier that works there (mid 40s petite brunette-ish) is so rude to me. She actually gives me dirty looks as shes preparing food and serving me. I have never been rude to her and I have a very simple order right off the menu so I cant understand what her issue is. She actually seems to have pin pointed me based off my looks and determined that she didnt like me lol. She makes it quite uncomfortable to order food and to have to wait for it as shes giving me death stares. If you can get past her and her mood swings you will not regret eating here! Consistently...
