Burger King — Restaurant in Oshawa

Burger King is really trying hard to keep they're prices as low as possible and have added GREAT deals like 2 Mix and Match Burgers Small Fries and Dring for $6.99 not like McDs who put some combo prices up by $4 -$5 and Just Burger prices up by $2-$4 EACH!! As if they're not making TRILLIONS in profits smh, not to mention after Jacking EVERYTHING WAYYY UP some stuff by 100% even they can't even offer good sales anymore they completely stopped having any good deals and the app is literally terrible now no decent deals and even the kind of ok ones have so many stipulations like delivery only smh. Also the B.K by me has a bunch of younger Super Friendly Polite Sweet kids working there which is always nice when you have nice friendly service with a Huge Smile! Again unlike the Mcds here where they ignore you while you wait then the orders sit there getting cold while they chat to eachother and God Forbid you ask for your fries or burger to be HOT cause when you get it again the large fries are 1/4 full (even the 1st time they're only 1/2 full for a ridiculous price) and the burgers will be made super sloppy so much sauce its turned your bun to mush or rotten lettuce etc. My fries at B.K are ALWAYS made as soon as the Burgers ready so everything's hot. And I've only had to have a meal replaced once the cheeseburgers were suppose to be plain but they weren't, BUT the Girls working were sooooo apologetic and kind about it and they actually didn't even make us wait in the line as soon as they seen us with the bag the manager called us right up to the side! The B.K at Ritson and Taunton has the friendliest staff but the others all have friendly service also, and always smile when serving it's nice. And KOODOS TO B.K FOR NOT JACKING UP YOUR PRICES An Insane Amount I know everything's gone up but there's only 3 places that are not taking advantage and that's B.K, Harvey's and Mr Sub EVERY OTHER Fast Food Place made All they're orders way smaller and jacked the prices wayyyyy up Like McD's, Taco Bell Mary Browns they want almost $10 for 2 drumsticks alone or 1 breast, last year it was $5 smh), Arbys, Subway, EVERY Pizza Place. B.K Definitely will keep my and my families business as long as they continue to be as good as they are. The Only conolaint I have about the Ritson and Taunton B.K and The Bond and Park B.K is that 95% of the time if you want to eat in you actually have to clean the tables yourself or have to go ask someone to do it. Today I went to this store ( drive thru) at about 4:45pm and had a very upsetting encounter with Myrine. I came to get a replacement whopper. I purchased a Whopper (bacon & cheese) combo on January 31st and the whopper was made wrong. I called the store to let them know my order was wrong. The lady I spoke with told me my whopper would be replaced and my name would be in a book. Apparently my name was not in the book. Myrine began interrogating me and implying that I am lying all for a replacement whopper. I was very upset and embarrassed! She acted as if I was begging her for food stating “ I will do it this one time” I also added a chicken sandwich combo and she got that order wrong giving me the wrong drink. The problem Myrine had was with the colour of my skin! Her demeanour, her attitude and the way she spoke to me said it all! Very Rude and judgmental! Racism should not be tolerated! Especially in an industry where you encounter all different types of people daily. As for the replacement whopper you would think that they would make it good. It was disgusting. It was sloppy and the tomato's were so soggy I could not eat them.

Here's what's wrong with this place: Drive thru speaker is fuzzy and hard to hear... get a technician to fix it. Asap. Drive thru menu advertises items they don't have... update it. Often. So it reflects your current available items. Manager Supree is rude and aggressive with both her staff and customers... retrain or just fire her as she doesn't listen to customers but instead yells over them to drown out their complaints. Had a yelling match with her after her employee admitted to me that she mistreats them by verbally abusing them. Witnessed this for myself as she yelled at both my husband and I because we had difficulty hearing her through the crackly drive thru speaker and reordered a few times as literally everything we wanted that was advertised on the drive thru menu was not actually available. SHE became frustrated with us and screamed at us through the speaker then denied doing so at the window when we demanded an apology for her behaviour towards us. We paid for our $61 order, but we won't be going back there again. If the district manager is smart, they'll get rid of Supree before losing other good paying customers and hard...
