Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Oshawa

This was my first time visiting this location. Since it was close to closing time, one employee was busy cleaning. The guy who attended us seemed to be the owner of the store. In spite of appearing to be the owner, he was not courteous or friendly in any way. He constantly rushed us to answer his questions on bread, toppings, and sauces. He should have helped and offered suggestions if we sounded confused to him. But he was not interested in making a conversation or providing good customer service. The ingredients all appeared very fresh for sure but in his attempt to rush us out the store, he grilled the sub at a high temperature for a short time so it had almost black grill marks but the toppings were not toasted at all. Overall, he could have made it a better experience by just being a bit patient and friendly. Looking at his behaviour, we didn’t sit in the store to eat and instead...

Just had the sub & brownies, I took a bite out of brownie in my car found out the they tasted as they were kept in the fridge for long. Went back to the store & told the girl named ravneet that it tastes weird, she kept asking me question as if I was lying and I handed my brownies to her & some guy asked her to heat it up & stuff. The guy was nice & knew how customer service works. I appreciate him for that. On the other hand,on my way to my house I took a bite out of sub and surprisingly they tasted spoiled. I called the store, again ravneet picked the call & I told her the situation and the first question she asked me was WHY? As if I work there and know the answer. She really needs to get trained in terms of customer service. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I’ve been to this store many times & only ths time I was disappointed. I hope they do...

I don’t know what has happened with our food industry believing that gloves are completely disinfected from germs. The girl who’s always here during the day working was making three people sandwiches before mine and she was not Following safety food standards. She was using her gloves to handle the money, food and every other service she touched and just would help the person after that and the person after that with the same dirty gloves she used for the money, raw bacon, drink bottles. when I asked her if she could change her gloves when she asked me what I wanted she stated “I’m not done yet” and continued with the person before me, even tho she just asked what I wanted...
