California Thai — Restaurant in Oshawa

To be very honest the lady taking order was extremely rude to all the customers. If you don't want to serve people with a good attitude why are you even opening a restaurant. Also I don't understand why the hell does Manchurian noodle doesn't come with Manchurian but a chicken noodle can? When we called to let her know that Manchurian noodle should have Manchurian in it she said that her noodles comes with Manchurian flavor that's what they mean, then ma'am your chicken noodle should come with no chicken, instead noodle flavored like chicken right. And pls start being polite or else you are gonna lose a lot of customers. We really felt disrespectful even at the store and on call. We are paying money not to get some flavored food but to see the actual item in it. Honestly really dissapointed. Had to throw out all the $50 worth of food we bought because we lost our appetite when we saw a dead bug floating in the soup… chicken soup had a dead bug in it! This is really really disappointing! Something that cost almost $15 and then it’s not edible. Also the chicken has literally no flavour it was not edible at all.. it literally was boiled chicken thrown in the soup. It says veggies with it but the veggies are literally 3 pieces of broccoli that’s it the rest is filled with noodles. The fried rice barely had soy sauce in it . The pad Thai was extremely oily like literally covered in oil you couldn’t eat it . The honey chicken was super dry and hard to eat. All and all we will not be coming back . Had to throw out all the food and it’s such a shame. The restaurant is super clean and new and nice looking and the staff are really nice but please work on the food it’s super disappointing. I just ordered a chicken pad Thai and mix veggies with shrimp. We asked to dine in and lady said she doesn’t offer service which is rude. Then we have 2 people she only gave one pair of chopstick so we want to ask her for another one. We yelled many times she just kept ignoring us. By the end, we tried to enter the kitchen finally she went outside and she was just standing beside us in the room hidden behind curtains the whole time and trying to ignore us. I will say food is ok not too good but not too bad. The terrible attitude is pretty bad. I will never come back. Too ridiculous.
