PIZZA NOVA — Restaurant in Oshawa

Terrible experience. I walked in and placed an order. It took them 15 mins to understand and take the order. After that, it took them 20 more mins to even roll it out and put it in the oven. This, even when the store was 100% empty, and my order was the only one. There were only two people in the store, and only one spoke some English. The other could not even comprehend basic English words. This was such a terrible experience and our kids were so hungry, that I had to let go my $40 order and go to a local dominos. It has happened once before when my cousin had to wait 50 mins even though he had placed beforehand an Uber eats pickup order. Worst pizza nova branch, I hope they improve things, or else, shut down. They cannot compete with this non-existent...

The owner of this restaurant was very rude, they gave me a complete burnt pizza and when I asked to speak with him he came out and started yelling. The service they provided is unacceptable, I'm a paying customer and the food was not edible . I highly do not recommend this location, they did not even provide me with a new pizza where I ended up throwing it out. I not only wasted my money but I was also humiliated. The cashier was even willing to make a new pizza however the owner refused to do so. This location needs to close down or have a new owner and I will be making a formal complaint with the head...

This is my go to spot for pizza! I call ahead or order online and pay upon pick up. I love the 2 for 19.99 special. Their ingredients are fresh and you can actually see the ingredients at the top and takes the flavors.
