barBURRITO — Restaurant in Oshawa

I don't write reviews for "fast food" often, but this is warranted. I dropped in around 7:30 on Monday night for a quick bite. I hadn't been to a B in a few years, but always loved the original store on Yonge St. in NorthYork (and the owners). As a result, I wasn't sure what to get. I asked the friendly guy behind the counter (Purdeev?) what his favourite was and he said Barbacoa without a second thought. I said, okay, make me one the way you like it.

He paused... and said a bit sheepishly that he liked it spicy and I agreed, he double checked on both the sauce and the peppers and even suggested leaving out the beans to better taste the meat.

He built it, I ate it and WOW. Nicely spicy (a tear to the eye, but no crying :-) and great flavour. An amazing Burrito and an even better service experience. Keep up the great work and I look forward to getting back in much...

I love barburrito. I typically get from the courtice location (love them and admire their hard work). This is my second time ordering from this one. The first time was just great. Whoever worked their June 19th at 8pm tried to kill me with the hot sauce that I ALWAYS get anytime I eat barburrito. I ordered a regular mild chicken burrito with signature hot sauce and later come to find out they loaded up each end of the burrito with hot sauce in an attempt to give me ulcers. Ridiculous. I picked through it and was shocked with the amount when they usually give a couple drops. For reference I go with 1-1 1/2 lines because I enjoy the spice. But this was insane. Also last time I ordered from there they put the perfect amount. Why try to kill me this...

Went to BarBurrito for the first time here during the customer appreciation day. I got 2 burrotos for $5 each and they gave me a coupon to Baskin Robyns.

The food is as you expect from Baskin Robyns, good, not amazing. But the service was amazing. The line up for burritos at dinner today was so long it stretched out the door spilling to the next store's doorway. It's been like this all day yet the employees are making conversation and doing amazing work.

Great work to the staff there, you guys were amazing today. Today's customer appreciation day let me experience the food and needless to say I will be back!
