I wish I could give minus ratings to this subway store.I visited Subway today, hoping for a satisfying meal and a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. The ladies working at the store were notably rude and unprofessional, which significantly impacted the overall atmosphere. Upon requesting additional veggies to my sandwich, they disregarded my request, showing a lack of attention to customer preferences. What was more disheartening was their unfriendly demeanor, as there was not even a hint of a smile on their faces throughout the entire transaction. To make matters worse, their behavior towards other customers was equally concerning. Witnessing them shouting at everyone in the store over a misplaced bottle of Pepsi was not only unprofessional but also created an uncomfortable environment for all present. Moreover, the lack of care in preparing my sandwich was evident. The lady responsible for my order barely added a spoonful of pesto on my footlong, which left it far from satisfying. Even when I politely asked for more onions, she dismissively placed just one measly slice, hardly meeting my request. As a customer, I believe that a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere is crucial in any dining experience. It is also essential for the staff to be attentive to the customers’ needs and preferences, ensuring that they leave with a positive impression.I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these glaring issues. Providing proper training and guidance to the workers on how to handle customers with respect and attentiveness should be a priority. Additionally, ensuring that each sandwich is prepared with care and generosity will go a long way in enhancing customer satisfaction. This unfortunate experience has certainly tainted my view of this particular Subway location. Today I went to subway and asked for veggie delight. They have started a new mozzarella cheese so we asked them to add it. They added. After that at the time of adding veggies when i started telling my veggies she told that this is mozzarella sub and you can get only few veggies. If you order veggies delight than only you can add veggies of your choice. Then i told her that I ordered veggie delight. Than she told no no this is made so only few veggie are allowed. Also she was not putting veggies properly. I was feeling like i am asking for free.
Also at the time of payment she told me about an survey which can get us free drink or cookie. But after doing survey when i reached her she was so rude that she was not even speaking with me properly and was ignoring me and was not at all paying attention to it. Firstly the survey is not mine. @Subway is conducting survey. I have not told them to conduct survey. So if the company is conducting survey than the company should tell their employees to pay attention as this is also a job to do.

Read moreOrdered on the app and many toppings are wrong or missing and one was sopping wet with way too much mayo. Also none were labeled so we had to touch everyones food. Two of the subs were wasted as they were nasty. Ordered july 7 at 6pm.
I called and the lady tried acting like the phone wasn't working or something. Was rude and implied that we are lying several times. She eventually called the supervisor by herslef and offered a free sub to make up for the 4 they messed up. They continued to show attitude and call us liars until we asked if we could bring it in and show them for a refund and they hung up. 0/10 will never go here again and will be sharing my experience with everyone i know. Lousy quality ingredients, sloppy preparation and unprofessional staff. horrid customer support.
