Subway — Restaurant in Oshawa

I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. The one across the street has much better service. This store specifically is clean and the food itself is fine—the subs taste good, so the issue isn’t the quality, it’s the service. They started getting annoyed with me because I wanted to watch them make my sandwich (I ordered online). They then told me “I was in the way of other customers” in a rude way. I then walk to a quieter spot, they tell me again that I need to sit down, but I turn around.. no one’s around me. I told them that I wasn’t bothering anyone, they then rudely interrupted me and repeated the same thing.

I understand this location can get busy since it’s right by campus, but not knowing basic manners and interrupting a paying customer is pretty embarrassing. Wish I could give a zero...

This subway place has the worst customer service and staff. I too work at a restaurant for part time and I don’t treat customers this way. They don’t have a pleasant face and give soo much attitude as if we are getting food for free. We did mobile order to save our time so that we won’t be late for our next class and these people did not even start making it until it was past 30minutes from the expected ready time. When we reached the store, there was no rush but during that time they didn’t prepare the order. After sometime, it became busy and when we asked about the order, they said online online weren’t prepared as the store became busy. And if she told this with some good face, it would’ve been fine. I must recommend this place for your quick to go meal!! Usually they are always busy and have long line up however their staff is very fast efficient. If u are in line, i bet it wont take more than 5 minutes for you to reach your food!! Because of their busyness sometimes you might feel the place is like a mess but they give big attention to the cleaning and hygiene.

I was there to grab my sub today and tried the tandoori spiced mozza sub for the first time. And that was so much amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me to choose my sandwich and recommended me what will taste better in the sub. Thanks a lot...
