The gluten free strawberry mousse was light and flavorful but NOT too sweet. Perfect size for the 3 bite rule for folks who want their cake and eat it to. Other gluten free and regular wholegrain breads and treats to choose from. A beautiful newly opened small town bake shop that satisfies the senses in more ways than is obvious. Delicious bakery with an assortment of goods. The value is great. Their desserts are huge and quite reasonable for what you pay for. I got the lemon meringue tart and I loved how tart the lemon curd was. You don't really get that. The sweetness of the meringue really complimented the sourness from the lemon curd.
