So last year i had a bad experience going through osoyoos where payment was mixed up and the employees at this subway were just super rude and were almost offended that we thought they charged us to much and i wrote it off. Its possible they were having a bad day or didnt want to be there and you know what we all have those days. I was traveling far and i got food and really thats what matter.
But then going through again this year and it was just an unpleseant experience all over again. My sandwhich was very poorly throwin together with very little veggys on it and like 2 drops of sauce. I was tired from driving and just was in a no care mood but it really seemed like two of the employees were interested in eachother then the customers, which hey all for love, but they were not very nice to my wife and I. And then when my wife ordered a chicken salad, the guy seemed confused. He tore apart the chicken by hand and was confused when she wanted more then just lettuce in it. Every item he was like ok is that it.
Anyways i guess my point is, i think this will be our last time to this subway. No point on wasting our time to just be treated poorly and like our service...
Read moreHave eaten at this location many times with no issues. An online order was made and money was charged to my credit card and an order time of 5:45 was given. Showed up at 5:45 to find no order ready. Staff onsite said they don't have an order too bad. I showed the staff my credit card statement showing the money has been charged to my card. Staff asked me again what I wanted them to do about it. I stated again to them that I would like them to make my order that I had already paid for. They refused to do this and stated again that they don't have the order and talk to my bank about it. This was an extremely rude response when dealing with a regular customer and a local small town customer. All of this was going on while many people were in the store and was very embarrassing. Not once did they apologize and take responsibility for Subway order issue. Read moreWell for any Americans thinking of coming to osoyoos..don't go on the weekends or make sure u have canadian cash..couldnt believe for a town so close to the US this business doesn't give u exchange on American money..hope the employees enjoy the 8 dollar tip I had choice but to leave as I gave them an American 20 and got change back for a canadian 20 a difference of 6 -7 dollars...sorry service wasn't that good ..very impolite to force a guest to Tip you..shame on you ...I have worked customer service for 30 years and never have I ever said sorry we don't honour the exchange rate .as far as I am concerned that is theft!!!
