Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Osoyoos

Not the best pizza photos I know, but we could not help ourselves when it came to digging into this delicious pizza pie! Hot, crispy thin crust and loaded with delicious toppings delivered to our site at Nk’Mip RV Resort! This was our second time ordering from Pizza Factory during our stay in Osoyoos. First night when we arrived we were too tired to cook or travel anywhere so we googled and took a chance on this place. Dude who answered the phone was hugely friendly but regrettably had to tell me that they were out of thin crust which is normally the only crust we will eat. Took a chance and ordered the BBQ Chicken and Chorizo Pizzas and they did not disappoint. Chorizo pizza could have had a little more chorizo on it…seemed like most slices only had one piece on each and the others had two. Didn’t bother us really as the pizzas were huge and packed with toppings. The BBQ Chicken pizza didn’t have an inch on it without a topping of some sort…bbq sauce, chicken, tons of pineapple etc. Tonight we weren’t expecting to order pizza again but everything in Osoyoos on Friday seemed to close at 730pm 🙄😒 but whatever. We ended up ordering the Deluxe Hawaiian on thin crust this time! Yaaaay! It was delicious 😋 Again, loaded with toppings and HOT when it arrived. Same delivery driver both times and he was SUPER SWEET 🙏🏼 Thanks for having consistency and quality in your pizza and thanks for having such a great delivery...

We ate in. We have been there before, last year, and recall it being good. We went at 5:30 Saturday night, in November, and we were the only ones there. Wife ordered lasagna, she liked it. just noodles in sauce baked with cheese on top; noodles were not overcooked, sauce was tangy, the cheese was a good quality and browned well, and the garlic bread was great. For 10.95 it was an excellent value.

I had a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza to myself. It was a very thin crust, but toppings were good, and the mushrooms were not freshly cut; this is good, as if you don't leave the mushrooms to dry out some before putting them on a pizza it will get soggy, and mushrooms are 80% water. The pizza was brought out on a bamboo board, which again kept the crust from condensating; nice touch. The crust tasted excellent, the toppings were good quality, but the pepperoni was very sparsely applied. How about a little more than 18 pieces of thin pepperoni on a 12" pizza? I ate 3/4 of the pizza, whereas at my favourite pizza restaurant I can only eat 2 pieces. For $16.50 I would have liked a little more toppings. But quality before quantity; I would return for a reasonably priced decent meal.

My only question is why are there not more...

I cant begin to explain the terrible service we received at the Pizza Factory. We have been coming to Osoyoos for many, many years and appreciate the good pizza made here (they do make great pizza) however this review is not about the food but the service. We sat down inside for the first time and received absolutely horrific service from our waitress Sarah (Australian Accent). From forgetting side orders (and then being reminded on numerous occasions, standard issue as a customer) to insulting the guests in my party by calling them cocky, impatient and having a false sense of confidence. WHAT WAITRESS says these things to customers?! I would like to file the maximum complaint possible against someone like this so I do hope the owners read these reviews from time to time. We will NEVER be coming back, atleast not coming IN and will certainly look elsewhere in Osoyoos when fulfilling a pizza craving. All it takes is one lowsy waitress to completely ruin your image. Please ship her back to Australia as she is certainly not welcome here in Canada. And for the record please keep your .42c tip and save up for a new personality! Thanks for...
