Reflections Guest House — Hotel in Osoyoos

Visited a Reflections guest house this month and was happy with our choice. The room we stayed in had no view of the pond out back but was well appointed with everything we wanted. Comfortable bed but hard pillows. Kitchen had a microwave, fridge, bowls, plates and flatware, mugs and glasses so everything you'd need to make simple meals. Tv had many channels and wifi was free. The entire place was spotless.|There was a pond out back that had resting ducks on a floating platform and a turtle refuge and a dock with chairs. We sat out in the evening and watched the wildlife.|Our host was a little curt but explained how to lock and unlock the doors.|Although we didn't use it there was a hot tub and an outside enclosed sitting area for guests. We stayed one night in the Casa Grande suite and it way surpassed our expectations. It is a huge suite so spacious especially in the lounge area which has a fully fitted kitchen at one side. The bathroom and shower are a very good size. It is incredibly well furnished, immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, with quality toiletries and towels. The hot tub is massive and in a covered area so using it in cold weather is not a problem as it is sheltered. There is a gorgeous view of the small lake with ducks, turtles and herons as well as the surrounding hills. It was the best apartment that we stayed in on the trip. We would love to go back and stay for longer, it would make a great base to explore...

I booked this Guest House for 3 adults, 2 sharing a bed and 1 in their own bed. Reflections is located on a quiet road overlooking a small lake and about 2 minute drive to downtown. The space that we had was huge and consisted of 2 separate bedrooms, a full kitchen and breakfast area and a sitting room equipped with comfortable leather couches and chairs and a nicely appointed bathroom and walk in shower. There is also a patio with an awning which was great to enjoy breakfast on and the use of a hot tub. Altogether I would say the total inside space was about 4 times the size of a standard hotel room and the cost $185 a night plus tax, all in all...
