A&W Canada — Restaurant in Ottawa

Went there a day ago and since it was early and they only had breakfast i decided to get something on their all day burgers list. I got the teen burger and was amazed at how good it tasted. I would put the teen burger second to a freshly homemade burger. Now the granpa burger i usually get is massive with the three patties and taste pretty decent. The poutine however i think need a bit of work, perhaps a better gravy. Theydo not have ice as far as i know and drinks are chilled. So far they do seem a bit chilled but i am sure they would get warm pretty quick. If I could do zero stars i would. The restaurant was dead and I was told my combo would be 6 minutes, because it's cooked to order, lol never been told that at any other a&w across the country, but sure. After almost 15 mins the food came through to be bagged and instead of the guy at the front bagging and giving to me after this ridiculous wait for FAST FOOD, he decided to blab to someone at the front instead of doing his job. If you cant talk and do a simple task like that, maybe do something else. Terrible and got back to eat and my onion rings are old and burnt, again worst I've every seen from a&w. Sadly I will definitely not be going to one for a while...

Gloucester's is the worst A&W branch I've tried in the city. The place is not warm enough during the winter season (when someone opens the door you directly feel the cold from outside there are no double doors like other blanches have). In addition, the place stinks, tables and floor. The food was not cooked well (the chicken was too oily) usually the quality of food is better in other branches. The staff are stingy and noisy one of them started moving chairs and table pretending that she was cleaning during our stay and told me to move my feet aside to clean around.
