I visited the store with a friend. At the checkout, we tried to use coupons we each had (one had paper, one had online) - they told us since we drove here together we couldn't both use coupons. I explained that we are friends and live in different households/are shopping for different households, and we offered to show our licenses to prove this but the clerk refused to look and repeated that we both couldn't get the 5$ discount since "we walked in together". I asked to speak to the supervisor since this had never been an issue before - the clerk told me they they were unavailable. But in this one, a man at the back counter (near the cake pan wall) was so unwelcoming when I tried to ask questions about cake pan rental since I was looking for a specific size. He didn't even bother looking at me as I was asking my questions and wouldn't even answer my questions directly. I just wasn't worth his time! Such a weird interaction. Anyways I left and got my cake pans at party city. Giving 3 starts because the store is indeed well organized but I'll just stick with the billings bridge location...
