A&W Canada — Restaurant in Ottawa

After tonight visit/experience, I am never yo go back to this A&W. The long waiting that I mentioned before is worse now. In addition to that, getting my basic hamburger took 20 minutes. The front staff was also rude. So. A n W Carlingwood mall, never again I come to you. I wonder what head office would say, but your store is the worst of A n W.

I was there this morning just before eleven, the cashier was taking her time. Serving the customer in front of me, when it was finally done. He moved over to the side, so did she and she kept talking to him. Even though I was standing at the cash, she was taking to him. I finally got fed up, and ate at another restaurant, this is the worst. Customer service I have, ever had at any restaurant. And if you want to know, who she was talking to.
