(From my email to JTG Head Office) I went to your Jimmy The Greek in the Carlingwood Mall (Ottawa) on Sunday and asked for a gyro dinner without the meat. She said no only chicken or lamb. DONT ORDER FOR DELIVERY. Ordered Uber eats today. I have eaten here many times over the years and it was by FAR terrible quality compared to watch it usually is. Salad was hot, because they didn't pack it separately. The pork was so dry and over cooked and burnt I couldn't eat it. The peas in the rice were hard (they use frozen veg so likely freezer burnt not raw). The potatoes were also burnt. I like this restaurant; the food is always good, but my wife and I were there last Thursday (March 6th) around midday. We decided to grab lunch and as the man behind the counter was ringing up the total, he clearly and openly picked his nose with his finger and rubbed his finger together to "clean them off". I then noticed he does not wear gloves, which amplifies how disgusting this behaviour is.

When you work with food, you can't be so gross and careless. This is a health concern.

I won't be back. No one should eat there.
