Whom I assume is the manager has seemingly gone mad micromanaging everything, she is stingy with portions, scooping up onions and peppers one by one.
Invasive/intrusive forceful tip prompt on the card machine, forces you to enter a number, there is no "no tip" button.
Manager/owner angry when I paid with Amex, says I need to pay 3% extra but doesn't bother putting up a sign.
The general tso chicken is obviously from yesterday and is dry and tough.
Don't bother with Manchuwok unless it's the Bayshore location, they are the only location in the city that does things correctly.

Read moreMy goodness, just got home after visiting this location and the lovely lady provided me and my girlfriend the absolute most amazing service I have ever received at any of these locations.I was originally turned off from this store due to previous experiences however the girl that was working the closing shift on Dec 19th singlehandedly changed my point of view towards this chain!
