Booster Juice — Restaurant in Ottawa

My family and I went to this Booster Juice location and I politely asked this young red haired server for a Matcha Monsoon smoothie. She replied in a very rude tone of voice while glaring at me and asked me what kind of Matcha did I want. I repeated politely, once again saying that I would like the Macha Monsoon. She glared at me angrily and said said WHAT KIND DO YOU WANT....THERE ARE 2 KINDS...I was confused as I specified what I wanted twice. My son looked at her and told her she was being very RUDE, that she is customer service and that she should not be rude to the customers. She disregarded my son's comment and continued to punch in our order without an apology. She then proceeded to the food counter and complained to her co-worker about us. WOW!!!!! I am giving this place a ZERO for service. I see in the review that I am not the only one who has complained about this girl. I am in shocked that she is still working...

BAD FOR BUSINESS** GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT A TERRIBLE DAY. I would love to have a nice long chat with the owner/manager of this location. The customer service is terrible here, I smile and greet the staff every time I come to this location and never get a content look or greeting in return. Worst customer service ever. The girl working there has never smiled in her life. She's rude, unwelcoming and should not have a job that interacts with the public. We've been to this location several times and CRINGE when we see her at the front. We've turned around and walked out before when seeing that sour face. I've been in customer service for over 20 years, this is absolutely horrifying to see if I were the owner or manager. We'll be driving out of our way to go to other locations. So...
