Chili Craft Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

the wost experiance ever! if i could give this place zero stars i would. i ordered a large pizza to take out and i was to told to wair 20 minutes for it to be made so i waited in my car, i came in after 30 min to get the pizza and i see the emplyee STILL making my pizza. it wasnt the waiting that was bad, it was the fact that when i came in i saw the emplyee dripping in sweat and wiping his sweat with UNGLOVED HANDS and then using those SAME DIRTY SWEATY HANDS to continue kneeding the dough and making the pizza. when i saw how unsanitary it was i said i want to cancel my order and i dont want the pizza anymore very calmly withough saying why so i dont embaress the employee. the employee said you cant cancel the order and i will not give you a refund or pizza and when i said i want to talk to the owner/manager he simply said he was the owner/manger and told me to leave the store and never come back and did not refund my money. i have never been treated with so much disrespect like this before and i am so shocked at what happened. i didnt even get a chance to explain things because the employee told me to leave and said no refund. i wish everyone who eats at this place knows how unsanitary it is and think that youre pizza that you purchaced from this place probably tastes like sweat. do not reccoment this...

This is one of the best places in Ottawa. There is no words to explain how much they care about their customers and very amazing customer services they provide. I’m so thankful for them to be always helpful and giving us best food. Talking about food you can get delicious Indian style pizzas and a lot of other options. I have been eating their food from past 2 years. I haven’t have any complaints about anything. Two days ago I wasn’t well and ordered food by calling and told them if they can stay little longer so that my partner can pick up the food as it was a snow storm outside and he got late. They were so generous about it, they had to go but they specially came to drop off the food. It shows how much they respect their customers and so much helpful about it. Tried the new Tartan Dr location for the first time, going with the Tandoori Chicken Wrap. Have to say it was exceptional. Very messy (bring plenty of napkins) but great flavour and just spicy enough to be hot without being mouth-scorching. Looking forward to trying other menu items. NOW - as great as the food is, the website is a mess. I can literally reload it over and over and get different menu choices each time. I looked for the wrap again but couldn't find it because it wasn't even on the menu. There weren't even any other wraps, when there were several choices before. Or even a wrap heading.
