I recently visited this street-style Indian restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. I tried a variety of dishes: Puri Chana, Mango Lassi, Hakka Noodles, and Kachori Aloo. The food was rather bland and tasted like it could be found at any other similar establishment—nothing special or memorable. The Kachori's Aloo and Chana was particularly disappointing, with the aloo (potato) lacking flavor and texture; there's definitely room for improvement here. If you can't do justice to the gravies you sell, I don't know how long you can lucrate people with pics and ambiance, which either wasn't great.
The Mango Lassi was average, and the Hakka Noodles were quite standard. What struck me as odd was the use of readymade pasta sauces—something I only found out when I asked about potential allergens. This made me question the authenticity and effort put into the dishes.
On top of that, the restaurant doesn't guarantee allergy precautions, which is a big concern for anyone with dietary restrictions. They also seem to rely heavily on influencer marketing, but it's hard to see how that will sustain them in the long run, especially when the place was completely empty on a Sunday afternoon.
Overall, the restaurant feels like it's trying too hard to sell a "concept" without backing it up with quality food and service. They should focus on improving their dishes and customer experience before they fall into the same trap as many other...
Read moreI usually don’t leave negative reviews, but after visiting this restaurant with friends yesterday, I felt it was important to share our experience — especially since many of the reviews online seem suspiciously positive.
We ordered two puris — one came with chana and the other with potato curry. The chana was alright, but the potato curry was extremely disappointing. It had a strange, off-putting flavor and felt like a vinegar taste, which made it hard to eat. One of my friends ordered the pav bhaji, which turned out to be another letdown. The portion was very small, and we had to order two extra buns just to make it feel like a meal. Another friend ordered the batura — the bread was okay, but the curry that came with it was again a disaster.
What added to the disappointment was the bill — $82.41 for everything we ordered, which felt completely unreasonable given the quality and portion sizes. Because of this, we decided not to leave a tip.
I’m writing this not out of spite, but in the hope that the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. I expect they might respond defensively or deny it, but if other customers have had similar experiences, please like this review so people know it’s genuine.
We came in with an open mind and really wanted to enjoy the food, but unfortunately, the overall experience...

Their Pindi Chole is an absolute highlight. The chickpeas are tender and perfectly spiced, with a rich, earthy gravy that’s both tangy and savory. It’s an ideal dish to pair with Puri or Bhatura, bringing the flavours of classic Delhi cuisine right to your table.
