If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never had service this bad in my life. I’ve never thought of leaving a review because something like this has never happened to me.
SUMMARY Ghetto location scamming customers, order from another location close to you.
BREAKDOWN Yesterday, I ordered for two and everything except my wings came, even the ranch and garlic sauce arrived.
It all started when I place my order and 30 minutes after the tracker indicated the delivery person was on the way, they still had not arrived at a destination that would be a literal 5 minutes drive. I called the store and they said the person must’ve had multiple deliveries to make. Fair enough, I’m not an unreasonable person so even though my food would be cold, I was okay with that.
10 minutes later, 40 minutes post order is on the way indication on the tracker, my order finally arrived. When I sat down to eat, I noticed everything, including the ranch and garlic sauce was there, except the wings I would eat it with?
Fine, mistakes happen, I wasn’t even mad about the time it took to get here in the first place. I called the store again to inform them that I didn’t get the wings. They asked if I wanted them to send wings or get store credits. I chose send chicken wings. It was exactly 15 minutes before the store was closing so when I didn’t get it after an hour, I thought maybe the workers didn’t want to send it this night anymore, they’re trying to get home, that’s fine. I created a complaint with hq (to make sure it’s documented) and called it a night.
Tonight, I called and the first person I spoke to wasn’t the same from yesterday so he said I should call back in 5 minutes after he verifies my claim. I did that and the person finally admitted that the lady I spoke to on the phone yesterday wasn’t there yet so I should wait and call back later. Fine.
While waiting, I opened my domino’s app to confirm my order number again and came across the tracking screen first thing. It said a delivery person was on the way with my order. The order was a 14” pepperoni pizza. It wasn’t my wings but I thought maybe they just put it down as pizza because of technical issues or whatever, I didn’t care as long as it would be the wing I paid for in the end. I got the call from the driver and I went downstairs to the door and didn’t see anyone so I called the driver. Turns out my name and number was on a receipt for pizza I didn’t order with a different address.
I called the store again and it was the lady I had spoken to yesterday. She remembered me but pretended to be confused that it was a different address than I had used yesterday but it wasn’t me who placed the pizza order today. We cleared it up after some frustrating back and forth explanation and she agreed to have my wings sent. I received a call a few minutes later, it was the lady calling to say her manager said I could should order again and pay for the wings because apparently the driver had delivered the wings.
I asked if the driver dropped the wings at the door without giving it to an actual person and she asked him (while I was on the phone but I could only hear her not him) and he said he gave it to a person. I asked if it was the same driver that dropped off the other items I ordered yesterday and she said yes. I asked if he knew the ethnicity and he answered correctly. Meaning the driver was too lazy to come back to the same place so he ate my wings??? I have no idea.
Anyway, the lady said I can either order and pay for new wings or she’ll send my number to the franchise owner and offer sacrifices to all the god and pray that the owner bothers to deem me worthy of the service I paid for. The ending not being verbatim, of course.
This is excluding the conversations I had with two other nonchalant employees. I’m hoping HQ comes through.

Read moreApp showed that our food was delivered as we sat around for 10 minutes after with no communication. Called to ask about how long it was going to be, and was told that the delivery driver takes around 3-4 orders at a time so they “clock out” obviously to avoid any push back from long delivery times. I understand it’s busy and not the driver’s fault, but the person on the phone literally hung up on me after I asked how long it would be.
We waited outside our apartment as courtesy to the driver because we have never had a problem with the tracking before. We have been customers of Dominos for nearly a decade and will be transferring somewhere else now.
UPDATE: Went in last night for the first time since our problem order since they were the only location open. Food was great, and the woman working was super friendly and quick. Pick up experience was very different from our previous experiences with delivery, and I will be ordering from here again...
Read moreI have held back writing this review as I was given 2 free medium 2 topping pizza vouchers to accommodate 2 past orders that were less than good. I NOW WRITE THIS REVIEW without hesitation as today I went to use my vouchers only to be told by the manager via person who answers the phones that they are not usable but they have great deals on right now. Are you kidding me! You mess up 2 orders and fix it with useless vouchers that are rejected. If anyone is reading this and is considering this dominos location please take my advice and read the reviews here, order somewhere else! This location has no respect for their repeat customers.
