We decided to order through the website to be able to see the condiments and all of that.
We were in the parking lots and took our order on the website to pick it up through the drive through since it is an option, at this point there was 0 clients at the drive through and it was pretty empty.
After we ordered it said to pick it up in 13 min, we went for a little 10m drive and came back and there was 2 car in front in the drive through. We waited our turn and said to the person through the speaker that we had a mobile order for X (my husband name), she said perfect just go ahead.
After waiting for the two others in front it’s finally our turn. She ask me, if it was the mobile order, she looks unsure, she said to me perfect, I’ll go prepare it now… What was the point of the 13 min to prepare the order if you’re going to do it now. Anyway I see her asking the others then she comes back to the window and ask me what is the nerds slush to, because on the invoice it wrote only nerds slush but, on the website it never asked us that, it showed a blue slush with nerds. Told her blue raspberry she then goes away.
She comes back with the nerds slush and hand me a can of red bull. I tell her it was a lemonade red bull slush I chose, she said no, it was a red bull original. She tells me on the invoice it’s written red bull original and later on I checked and it was but, on the website I had chosen lemon red bull slush and that is written on the invoice I received (see image), anyway after arguing with me she said okay she will do it but to move on the side and they’ll go give it to me because there’s a lot of people (yeah, now after all of that there was a lot of people).
So I parked, she then comes give us the food and my drink after another 3 minutes and while she hand it to me she said:
there, sorry for the wait, it’s because there’s a lot of people and leave. …
Are you kidding me? Do you really believe we are that stupid to the point of thinking that the reason it took so long was because there was a lot of people!? FFS maybe if you had checked your mobile orders like you’re supposed to, it wouldn’t have happened 🤷♀️, it’s not like you had 13 minutes before I talked to you through the speaker to prepare…
The worst is that she mixed the red bull with an orange slush, it was so gross I had to throw it and on top of that my husband was supper sick after eating his chicken wrap, clearly the chicken was left a long time on the counter or something.
Terrible establishment, avoid if possible and Never order through the website, the employees clearly have no clue how to take...
Read moreI just went to Harvey’s recently & ordered a meal, when I pulled up to the window I asked to order some dipping sauces and expected there to be a charge, however the lady charged me $2 for 2 dipping sauces which is ridiculous for dipping sauces which are usually just free or maybe 30 cents each. They lady serving me just asked how many I wanted & charged me for them without telling me the price before hand. When I paid, I checked how much it was and realized I payed almost $3 more than my original price which didn’t make sense because I had only order two dipping sauces.
I looked at the receipt and realize she charged me for 2 sauces, which was free on the receipt but then charged me for a side gravy, which was $2. I decided to walk in the store and return the sauces due to this. The lady that charged me was argumentative about my decision to return the sauces and told her colleagues she told me the price before hand which was a blatant lie. After a while longer she handed me two loonies which is less than what I paid, and put her hand out and was like “the sauces?!”, which I had already returned to her colleague when I first walked in. I am just APPALLED at this service specifically by this lady. Disgusting.
To make things so much worse, I checked the Harvey’s app and their dipping sauces are priced at 40 CENTS EACH. So how absolutely insane is it that she would randomly decide to charge me for a side gravy that is $2?? Like what on earth? This is the most angering experience especially since she had the nerve to LIE & be rude when SHE was the one over charging me for dipping sauces which is theft pretty much.
I will...
Read moreI came by here because I had a coupon given to me as a gift for a free burger.
First I was told that I had to come around to the drive though window which was fine and to be honest, somewhat expected. When I got to the window, I was greeted by someone asking me to show them the coupon which I gladly did. While presenting the coupon and handing it over at the window, I got a disgusted look which was already disappointing enough. She then opened the window back up and tried to tell me that I had to read the coupon again and that it wasn’t for this location. I told her to keep reading it because it explicitly says all locations underneath the address of the Harvey’s that originally provided the coupon… Had this experience ended here I probably wouldn’t comment as it was for all intense purposes of free burger to me despite the fact that someone else may or may not have paid for it for me to get said coupon.
When I finally got my slowly provided burger, it was basically handed to me with a scowl through a sliver of “window”.
At no point was there any positive interaction with the person running the drive through window, no pleasant greeting or goodbye.
While after everything that may seem like an odd thing hold on to it really was the last straw for me and definitely can not recommend this location to anyone with such a...
