Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

Every Wednesday I go to Little Caesars to get my pizza for my family. The customer representative knows exactly what I want as he remembers my order. As I am waiting I noticed the place is clear and inviting. He always works hard to deliver a good quality pizza in my hand. Lots of toppings on my pizza, and of course always pepping hot. We could go to the other Little Caesars, but we always have better luck at this one as the pizzas are always put together with full toppings. Lastly prices are always affordable so that makes our decision to come to Little Caesars a no brainer. Thanks for an amazing experience as your staff are always friendly with lots of smiles...

After this place opened near my home, I started ordering and they screwed up 7 orders in a row, when I wrote head office, the manager was made aware of my complaint, then called me to reprimand me, for using colourful language when I became upset, never once having any concern as to what he might do to compensate me for the nearly half hour I spent each time. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE, UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO WASTE, THE MANAGER AT THIS PLACE, HAS NEVER HAD A BUSINESS BEFORE NOW, WHAT A COP OUT, BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR GETTING UPSET AFTER 7 SEPARATE SCREW...
